Fantastic pub hidden away panoramic sea views and very very dog friendly in and out of the Pub! They even had a doggy menu which made us and our Springer feel very welcome once we ordered ours and the dogs food they came put with the dogs meal and took a photo of him for their doggy wall which was a nice touch never had that before in a pub. As for the food/service/staff 10/10 very welcoming food was superb we were in a group of 6 with the dog 4 adults and two young children the staff even offered to rock the you heat while mom ate so she could eat her food. The beer garden has a spectacular view and a good sized play area for kids as well as an arcade in a separate building and live music being played what a superb pub 10/10 Will definitely be returning to the Ship Inn in the near future!

Went on the off chance that they could fit our party of three in, forgot it was fathers day. It was busy but staff couldn't have been more helpful, booked a slot for us, so we got a drink and sat in the busy beer garden. The outside area was suitable for all ages with play area, arcade, burger/ice cream window. The prices were very reasonable there, not the usual rip off prices at places like this. We then went for the carvery and the way they do it seemed to work very well, prices vary depending on 1,2 or 3 course. The mains were very good and we all said the beef was very nice and a decent portion given. The desserts were even better. We then returned to the beer garden with a few more drinks, live entertainment and wonderful views over Flamborough. A perfect Sunday afternoon

Lovely little pub. Was nice to actually be able to take my dog into a pub with me, not many in Leeds (if any) that allow dogs. When ventured back in for tea the same night, was a slight wait on our food, which you expected for proper homely cooked food. Only complaint was that the chicken pasta dish was over cooked and dry, but the Fish and Chips were amazing.. if they were the small portions I dread to think how much of the large portion I would of fit in before filling up, couldn’t even finish it all there was that much. Baileys Hot Chocolate was amazing!! We will definitely be returning 🐶

Excellent food, great beer, plenty to keep the kids occupied and good live music. We went as a family of four for a meal and we all enjoyed it so much that we returned the following day. I can't recommend this family friendly pub enough.

Delighted to find a tasty vegan lasagne topped with dairy free cheese and served with mixed vegetables and gravy at The Ship Inn yesterday. The staff were very knowledgeable about ingredients and committed to offering vegan dishes to customers. Can't wait to go again and check out the vegan options on Meat Free Mondays. The pub also serves a great pint of Guinness. What a find!

The staff are always friendly, the new decor looks amazing and the new Yorkshire Tapas menu is delicious. The place is also dog friendly and the kids love coming here especially in Summer to play outside whilst the live music vid on.

Love this place. Very warm & relaxed with friendly, chatty, welcoming staff. Stopped off for Yorkshire Tapas and it was delicious, topped off with some specialist gin. A great place for our canine friends too who are also welcomed with treats and water by a roaring fire.

Been coming here since I was a little girl and it’s honestly my favorite place in the world. Amazing, food, sights and the staff are just brilliant - did I mention the gin menu is just outstanding! What more could you want? It’s a go to place if you’re ever visiting Bridlington or in the area!

A large multiroomed pub, where most of the seating is set for eating purposes. This is indeed an eatery pub that serves the local seaside resorts around Seweby and probably Bempton. The food is an extensive platter from burgers, fish, chips, and pies. Also, sandwiches are available. There are 5 real ale handpulls available (but up to about 2 of those may not be ready to dispense at the moment of purchasing, as I have noticed on the 2 times that I have visited). These beers are generally kept well. There is also the usual supply of keg beers and spirits, etc. So, a variety of drinks and food is available throughout most of the day. It is also open at 11 am. A large good beer garden is available, which looks over towards the cliff path and coast. Also, the nearby Sewerby Hall. As seaside pubs go, this is a good one. It's probably unchaged since the 80s, which makes it a fun traditional seaside pub. Family and dog friendly with plenty of parking in the car park and overspill carpark. I think it is wheelchair accessible. I didn't see any wheelchair ramps, but a small step will need to be overcome at one of the back doors. I'm sure the staff could advise or help in any difficulties, as they seemed friendly enough on my 2 visits. All in all, it is a good pub for food, that also makes an effort to provide real ale at a good quality. A family pub.

Great food, service was friendly and fast, impeccably clean. Recommend the hand cut chips! Prices are very competitive. Will definitely return as a nice alternative to eating on the front.

Had a lovely meal here yesterday with my kids and ex wife, they managed to squeeze us in which was good, we all had the haddock and chips which was the best haddock and chips I’ve ever had even the picky kids said so. Food took a little longer then anticipated but we were kept informed so we didn’t mind! Hopefully we’ll be back again soon! 👍🏻

Excellent motorhome stopover. Grass area not totally even so levelling chocks required. £35 per night, but £15 voucher to spend in the pub. View is superb. We stayed 2 nights - didn't want to eat in the pub both nights as we had the moho, but used voucher for a few drinks 1st night and 2nd night's voucher towards food. Friendly and welcoming pub. Lovely coastal walk intl Bridlington (25 mins approx) but we stopped on the way for coffee and bacon butty 🙂 WIll definitely be back again so Flamborough next time
