Food isn't the best but you know what your getting. Service level good. OK to chill and snack when on the go.
The usual subway, nothing different here, friendly staff, everything was as I ordered. Shame they have changed the menu, but did find a new favourite.
Staff were polite and had a good system in place (manned stations rather than 1 person per customer) but toasting multiple subs could help speed things up a bit. Generous with fillings compared to some other Subways.
Only reason I dropped a star is the first server touched a lot of surfaces/items after handling meat - this could be an issue with vegetarian/vegan customers.
I opted for a salad. Obviously subway you pick what you want. They were not stingy on the portions and i throughly enjoyed it. One girl seemed to be training the other and although it was getting busy she was super happy and friendly. Lovely service. Was clean inside and the added bonus of air con in this heat
The first thing you notice is how clean the premises were. That's always a good start. The staff were polite and friendly and the food what you would expect from a subway store. I love them especially the steak and cheese. There are veggie options!
Although I had difficulty with my uber driver leaving my order at another house, I called the store to explain the situation that I haven't received it and that he run off with my order and when I the uber driver he didn't understand what I was saying. But the went back to store and paid for my meal as he'd left it at another house. The guy who works at Subway was super helpful on the phone and even tried to help the guy on his phone search for my order.and put my order through again. When my driverarrived again with my package he Google translated that he was sorry and explained the situation. These things happen :)

First time visiting this subway store 😋 the sub itself was very fresh feeling, tasting and looking. The staff members were very polite and friendly as well as attentive to my requests *(asking if it was enough or not enough)* I also managed to get my order for cheaper because the female staff member was able to use my points.
I requested the code for use of toilet 🚻 the code was printed on the receipt which is also another good way to keep the toilets fresher & cleaner for longer without just it being used by random people who've not actually paid for anything - which could be seen as a pro or a con. The toilets were very tidy, hygiene and clean on my visit to this store.
I sat outside on the picnic benches to eat because it was a lovely day and also I'm a smoker which is always a bonus for me. The inside of the premises in the dining area was also well kept, tidy and clean, no overflowing bins either which is always nice to see.
Overall it was nice to visit this subway without any fuss, disappointment or regret.
Really good sandwich choice and super salad fillings available.
