Quite possibly the best Sunday roast dinner I have ever had. The food was fantastic quality, way more than enough and service was prompt.
Good place. Have a big garden behind with children's play area. Descent food. Their chunky chips were so good. Good place to enjoy in summer.
Great service was had at The West India (Westie) and the food was first class inc the "Flake" cheesecakes. It was all washed down with excellent ales, lagers and ciders too. Thank-you to the hosts for the day last Sunday (20/8/23).
A nice place to go for lunch and drink, welcoming staff relaxed atmosphere with a very large beer garden overlooking open countryside, also cater for funerals and small parties.
Just been for lunch at West India House. It was one of the best Sunday lunches I have ever had. £14.95. You might think a bit steep, but soooo worth it. Compliments to the chef !!
We called in as we were out for a drive, we received a very friendly welcome and shown the menu. We chose the curry platter for 2. Yes we had to wait a bit but it was freshly cooked and well worth the wait. The open fire was a very nice feature on a cold day. Thank you.

This is a really lovely welcoming pub, which has recently started doing Sunday lunch. In our opinion it's definitely worth a visit - very generous servings, delicious puds, give them a try, you'll not be disappointed!

5 stars for the garden unfortunately did not spend any time inside. But the garden is one of the best I have seen!

We had a family gathering at this Venue for the passing of my Nan, the Owners and Barstaff were welcoming. Fires going upon arrival, clean facility all round. We had a selection of food put on which was a fantastic spread, the whole family was complimentary of the experience.
