Nice spoons large inside, quite a bit of room outside to. Standard fare but piping hot,so very nice .Did Afternoon deal on cod and chips and scampi and chips and saved over £4.
Very good variety of food, covering all cuisines. Can be a little piecemeal but OK. Service level good and friendly atmosphere.
Not the best looking Wetherspoons I've been in but the staff make up for that with their friendly and quick service!!!! Food was hot and tasty and the drinks were very welcome after a drive down from Yorkshire. Nice outdoor area to the rear and toilets are downstairs which is a bonus to any spoons..
A typical Wetherspoons really, you can have a meal with a drink at prices that are hard to beat. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. In a good location, easy to find.
Decent food, nice atmosphere at good prices!
This was our first visit, the pub is large and has plenty of different seating areas. Service at the bar was quick, easy and friendly. Food arrived after about 10 minutes. Good size portions properly cooked and tasty, enjoyed the 11 inch Ham & Mushroom Pizza which is made with fresh ingredients on t
Headed back for curry night. We ordered chicken jalfrezi, chicken tikka masala along with onion bhaji and garlic naan as extras. It came to just over £20. We was impressed with the amount of food and quick service.
Great coffee, friendly staff but a little bit scruffy.
Brilliant place. Dont be put off by other negative reviews. Gino and staff are welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Will be returning for another scrumptious carvery.
Nice Weatherspoons good food at reasonable prices meals often come with drinks included, tea and coffee have free refills.
Helpful staff, but they need to get the table numbers sorted. Ordered on the app using the number written on the table and food didn't arrive. Asked a member of staff who told us the table number was wrong. Food was then bought to our table but had to be sent back as it was cold.
Generally very gd cheap Cheerful and fast. Thursday must have been a off night ordered chicken korma if I’m having chicken dish I want it piping hot this was luke warm the narm bread was hard u couldn’t break it I think the meals had been sat under the lights awhile the curry had gone cold and t
The only cleared table had badly stained seats and a used plaster on the seat. Nearby, sat some foul mouth, burping locals. Just what you want to hear. Thankfully the food was good.
Nice and comfortable Wetherspoon pub, in two historical old buildings, right opersite the old town church. Pub was well run with clean tables by friendly and attentive staff. The food was good too, nice inexpensive afternoon visit.
