Our local, we are here a lot. Joe is fabulous, very polite and kind. The roast beef today was amazing, best I’ve had in a long time. I love this place, all the staff are lovely and we have always felt very welcome. Thank you so much xx
Had a beautiful meal today. Sunday lunch for 9 adults and 8 children. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Very reasonably priced and all of the food was served hot.

Visited on a Friday evening with my family whilst having a one night stop at the Premier Inn over the road. Our waitress, Charlie, was wonderful! She was friendly, helpful and accommodated for anything we needed; service was great! The food was lovely! I would definitely come here again and I recommend to others!
Stopped for a drink and snacks as we were heading home and needed charge.
There’s three EV chargers in the car park which are Osprey (CCS 50kW & CHAdeMO 50KW), we parked up and entered our reg into the tablet at the front of the restaurant as there’s a £100.00 fine for parking without using the facilities.
Ordered a homemade cloudy lemonade which was quite nice and a couple Pepsis. The halloumi fries with chilli dip was very nice, much better than the ones we’d had yesterday at the Harvester in Torquay.
We went in at 12:00 on a Saturday so it was quite quiet as they had just opened, it was peaceful and looked clean. Women’s bathrooms have four regular toilets and a larger toilet on the end. There is also a separate disabled toilet which I assume should have a baby changing facility in there as there wasn’t any in the women’s bathroom.
Great pub, with a very warm welcome. Staff were friendly & professional. Food was lovely, perfectly cooked, well presented.

We had a lovely family lunch at The White Willow. The staff were fabulous. There was a good choice on the menu and the food arrived within 20 minutes. The quality was good and the food was hot and well presented. Two of our family were gluten intolerant and they also agreed the choice was good. Definitely we will be back.
We arrived a bit early but our table was all ready for us. We all had different things from the menu and definitely no complaints about any meals. The staff were very welcoming and engaging, served drinks straight away but then didn't rush us to decide on food. When it came to paying the bill I requested quite a complex way of paying for the whole party and the staff were able to accommodate this request with a lot of patience and good humour. Excellent experience
On arrival we were greeted by a lovely smile which was great to see, shown to our table.
The interior is beautiful always love how it looks.
We went for the special 2 course set meal & was not disappointed. Plenty & tasted fabulous.

We had the best family meal out ever. Food was out of this world. My wife said her veggie burger was the best one she has ever had. Bronwyn was super helpful. She looked after us and was very friendly. Manager Claire and her team are doing a great job. I will definitely be recommending and coming back. Thank you for a great family experience ❤️

Very friendly and great service from our waitress Charlie. Only slight negative was the menu said my roast pork would come with braised cabbage and crackling but it didn't come with either. Otherwise it was delicious! Great puddings too!
The staff was friendly, although we had to wait for the host to come and sit us for more than 10min, great variety of alcoholic drinks, food was 5/5 - very tasty! Average price 10-20 pounds per person without drinks. Definitely would visit again because of the food. Location 4/5, there is free parking up to 2 hours.

Lovely, I had my baby with me and they were very helpful, friendly and attentive to both of our babies needs (met my friend who also had a young baby with her). Asked for a table with space for a pram and this was given to us, all staff were very nice, and respectful, for example the man who bought the food out offered to put the food out of the way of the babies and asked if he could get the babies anything which was really nice.
Staff seemed happy in their job and we enjoyed the visit.
The staff and service is great. Dog friendly which is a bonus and they made a fuss of her which she loved. The food was also very good! Would recommend to anyone visiting!

We were seated in a spacious area. Drinks order taken promply. The young man serving us decided I'd be more comfortable with a different chair, so he changed it immediately. Our lunch order was cooked to our liking and nothing was left. Overall we couldn't fault anything. The White Willow has certainly upped it's game from a couple of years ago!!!
We have been coming to the willow for the last few years and as of recent the food & service is the best it’s ever been, both charlie & dean have looked after us every time and the service is spot on nothing is ever too much trouble for them and you can tell they really do care about their guests, the food has been fantastic every time but both charlie & dean really make the service stand out, many thanks!
Welcomed as soon as we walked in, sat quickly, drinks quickly, Food was lovely, only down fall for us was the coleslaw was awful. Massive chunks of the end of cabbage, was solid, could not eat this, it definitely needs to be cut up thinner/smaller - maybe some like it this way though :) . The first carvery I’ve had which had nice roast potatoes, hats off to the chef. They was lovely. Charlie was our server & she was Very efficient, polite & nothing was to much trouble. However we really felt sorry for her, there was 3 team members chatting behind the bar whilst Charlie had people asking to do they’re orders, asking for condiments etc, it was as if she was all by herself. this then made getting orders from tables slower. A table behind us also noticed & mentioned it, there Maybe a reason for this though, just can’t think what. Lucky she’s obviously good at her job :) we appreciate Charlie for this. Would recommend & will return. Thank you
Took my grandmother and mum to the pub on Sunday for lunch. They accommodated my grandmother by providing a chair more suitable for her state. They were all so polite. And Charlie was a great waitress!
