We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary here on new years eve, from beginning to end we had a fantastic experience, the staff were wonderful, so helpful they couldn't do enough for us, the atmosphere was great, the foot was lovely and the music good, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone, we are hoping to go again this year.
Lovely friendly hotel..we have had many Sunday lunches here. Stayed over in a lovely room. Comfy beds large bathrooms large bedroom. Good breakfast too. Friendly staff go the extra mile highly recommend.
Had an amazing night out for our work xmas meal had a wonderful time plus dancing afterwards had an amazing night nd had lovely food and there had polite friendly,kind loyal staff too so that why I gave them 5 stars x
The staff were lovely. The room was large and clean. Food was excellent. After a lovely meal we thought of having a bottle of wine, but the price for a bottle of house wine was very expensive and resulted in an early evening.
Excellent meal at The Walnut Tree this evening, compliments to the chef and co.....lovely friendly staff. A lovely warm and cosy atmosphere would definitely return soon.
The meal we put on for my mother's previous birthday and it is situated in North Petherton near 1 of the junctions for Bridgwater and very handy for business functions as well as birthdays. Staff from the chef to the receptionist and manager were helpful and courteous. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Can't praise the staff highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We used it as a base for cycling which was superb. There are some great routes locally. We will be back!
