My go-to comfort coffee shop whenever I'm out. The best beans for price and taste in bridgwater and their cakes are always good but sometimes the pastries lean a tiny bit on the stale/dry side but the coffee, cosy atmosphere and the efficient staff always make up for it :)
Best coffee in Bridgwater. You have a huge variety of food and hot and cold drinks such as frappes, hot chocolates, mocca and juices. Atmosphere is really comfortable and there is one manager called Alessandro that is very nice, friendly and makes an impressive coffee.
You also have a terrace for th
I have been living in Bridgwater since 2019. This is my favourite place in Bridgwater to come for a coffee or a hot chocolate.
It has a terrace outside for the sunny days and comfortable sofas inside.
His manager Alessandro is from Italy. He is very kind, efficient, and able to connect at a person
I was served by Deacon, he remembered my order from when I last visited, he is always very friendly and helpful, all the staff are lovely and go the extra mile to help customers, fantastic customer service 😊
Recently Deacon came to help a member of the public that had fallen over outside, he was wo
Never seen this in coffee shop. You can take a bag of used coffee beans for free and you can use it as a compost to your garden. Definitely a plus for this place.
Warm, cosy and ancient looking place with lovely staff. It looks that they care about environment.
Popped in for breakfast today before work, situated in the town centre, typical coffee shop, darker and more subdued than Costa up the street, the range of cakes looked delicious, I opted for honey porridge and a pot of triple mint tea.
Good value at less than a fiver, both were delicious and the se
Always liked it there, but needs decorating and a good overall.
Great hot chocolate! Highly recommend, a great regular for the locals, found another in Taunton! Queue was a bit long and slow to be honest otherwise great experience!
Love this coffee shop. They do the best mochas.
Nice little coffee place. Plenty more space upstairs. Efficient service . Fair prices. Good choices of hot drinks and cold beverages.
They sell massive toasted tea cakes which are excellent ,great staff and atmosphere too .
Cosy shop. I visited twice for breakfast. Good food and drink. Reliable option while in town for the weekend. Similar to Costa, but better. Enjoyed the Pigs Under Blankets toasties. And the Pastel de Nata custard tarts too!
Love the coffee & being able to take my dog in
It was good vibes and the coffees were excellent, I think the staff are amazing but a bit shy, maybe they need a bit more incentive from management as it is the Christmas season and even temp staff need a little more joy over the holidays atm 😬🤣😊
Good coffee
Quite a few tables outside which is handy if you don't want to sit inside a busy cafe. Ideal for us with children and dogs so they could run around outside.
Clean inside .
Also had alternative milks which helps when children have allergies.
Overall good experience.
The last three days I have visited coffee 1 in Bridgewater. The staff are very friendly and polite. The store has a great atmosphere, I was able to do my work that I have needed to do. I would highly recommend to anyone. There is a little blonde woman there her customer service towards every custome
