We have always loved The Purple Spoon cafe, and so chose them as the caterers for our wedding in Bridgwater in July. They catered perfectly for vegetarians and vegans, with a vegan paella for the day meal (with fish and meat add-ons for those who wanted it!) and a vegetarian buffet for the evening.
Booked this for a birthday, when we arrived the staff weren't aware of booking but found us a table. The food was very good seemed freshly cooked with good produce.
Highly recommend!! Organised a meeting at a local Village Hall near to Bridgewater and asked Purplespoon if they would cater.
The service was very friendly and professional and even offered to drop the food to the Village Hall. The food itself was also fantastic, there was a great variety of sweet
Always brilliant service and food. I love the dog menu too. Positioned by the canal, its perfect for a pitstop on a walk. They cater for everyone and amazing selection of cakes. Sometimes parking is an issue but usually you can park on the grass too.

We had the pancakes and the club sandwich. I wanted to try the homemade crumpets but they run out of them. My gf also had the last set of pancakes. This was on a Saturday at 1pm which maybe it is a sign that they

At the YMCA Bridgwater next to the canal overlooking the country side, the menu looks expensive until the food arrives then you understand you get a lot for your money and they serve a nice coffee, worth a visit.
Randomly stopped by for lunch when out for a walk. Wow. Was lovely. One of the nicest side salads and jackets I've had. The sandwiches were huge and delicious. Well worth the money and a very enjoyable lunch. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would totally recommend visiting here
Absolutely loved this cafe. The atmosphere, despite being busy was lovely, the staff were amazing and the food was delicious. A real gem which I will definitely be raving about to others and returning to!
Really lovely cafe, the all day breakfast was one of the best that I've ever had.
I really pigged out & had the hot fudge dessert to finish.
The cleanliness is on another level, staff super attentive, would I recommend The Purple spoon, hell yes, amazing experience, keep it up guys.
