Date night last night, decided to forgo Prezzo’s and try a “real” restaurant, So glad we did the service was excellent, the friendly prompt smiling waitress was very tolerant of our tipsy giggling the food was wonderful, I don’t actually like pasta, but ordered spaghetti and meatballs so we could attempt to do that scene from lady and the tramp (it worked!) it was absolutely delicious very generous portions and loads of gorgeous fresh Parmesan, it was heavenly! My girlfriend had a char grilled chicken breast with garlic, leaks, and cream, also completely divine! Don’t get me started on those gorgeous crispy rustic fries! So reasonably priced too as we had a bottle of prosecco and a starter two generous main courses and it only came to £40, the 50% tip we added was totally earned for the great food and service Thank you Roma, you are now “our” restaurant

Had a lovely meal here in a group of 10. Staff were friendly and attentive! Food was delicious. Bread and olives were placed on tables to begin with. I ordered the garlic bread with cheese for starter which is huge. For main I had spaghetti con spinach. Really good. Great selection for vegetarians!

This is a nice Italian restaurant in Bridgwater. Considering how busy it was, I still found the staff very helpful and friendly. The olives truly magnificent. Be warned, if you ask for garlic bread, it's massive. One will keep 4 people happy. I had calzone for my main and was disappointed in its lack of taste. I felt it was very bland. However I did try a slice of my friends pizza and a bit of my wife's pasta to discover that there were both very tasty indeed. My tiramisu was absolute heaven. Yes I will use this restaurant again, and soon I think.

Excellent food, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and reasonable prices. NB; We'd added Parmesan by the time the photos were taken - it's not obligatory!

We were looking for somewhere to eat before joining the motorway on the way back from a short break in the west country, and due to the current situation were unable to find anywhere open at about 5pm. Since we hadn't eaten since breakfast at 8.30, we were a bit peckish! We parked the car in Market Street and started searching for a restaurant online. We didn't look far: we could see the Roma from the car, so decided to try it. A warm welcome - the first night under the new regulations so, as a walk in, we gave our details for track and trace. Quickly seated, as we were cold and wet we ordered hot chocolate, which was excellent Between 5 and 7, the Roma offers three courses for £10.95 which seemed like a great idea - and it was. The other half started with cheesy garlic bread (huge, wafer-thin and delicious) whilst I had the bruschetta. Main courses: I had pollo pesto pasta, he had a chicken and mushroom pizza. Desserts: of course I had the tiramisu (enormous, but very light and very tasty) and he was happy with his strawberry cheesecake. So that was a fantastic meal for two for less than £30.

Absolutely delicious food. Staff were attentive and helpful. Servings are way to big even on the early bird menu. Btw your chocolate fudge cake is the best in Bridgwater!

My husband & I with our 14 month old baby were staying at a hotel locally. Upon arrival which was a Friday early evening we were greeted by Sergey who took care of us from the moment we walked in with our young daughter. I chose to seat my family at the back purely of of not knowing how our baby would be. We were treated no different and was also welcomed by a lady called Kim who gave alot of attention to our daughter. The atmosphere in the restaurant on both days was superb and even though the restaurant was more busy on Saturday evening, they both including different staff members came to talk and play with our daughter. The food was outstanding and so fresh! Go go go to this restaurant you won't regret it

Good portions of tasty food. Child friendly service. Decor a mish mash - could do with updating. Children enjoyed their chocolate cake and ice-cream. I would have liked better quality ice-cream in more flavours (only vanilla and strawberry available). Would visit again.
