Always love going here, what's not to like steam and trains, but avoid non operating days as they can be quiet but still worth a visit if in the area.

Lovely place to visit whilst travelling on a steam train. Toilets and refreshments are available.

We only went to the station to watch the steam trains and it certainly didn't disappoint. It was great to be able to see the trains so closely. Fantastic day out, had an adventure from bridgnorth to bewdley. Then back to Highley to see the museum, quick drink. Then back on the tracks in a perfect little carriage to bridgnorth. The Severn Valley Railway is 16 miles of Heritage Railway extending from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth. Very atmospheric, like stepping back in time! Would def recommend stopping off in the Railwaymans arms for a beer as well. Steam train to Kidderminster and a few lovely stations in between. Excellent!

Just love this place, and a great way to arrive and wander down to the town for a bag of chips by the river followed by an ice cream and then back home on the steam train, perfect day out
