The staff are very friendly & tell you your options. They let you make an informed choice without pushing you in a particular direction. They explain any questions you have about the phone. I got a new phone, bought a simple one for Mum & recommended them to a neighbour.
Geoff is such an asset to Bridgnorth and massive help to us struggling with technology oldies...he's so patient... Please don't ever leave!!!
