Celebrated my sisters 40th birthday here with an afternoon tea. The savoury and sweet options were all delicious, full of flavour and homemade! The tearoom is in a great location along the river and full of character. Overall a lovely place, will definitely be back to try out more of the menu!

Firstly I can't leave a review for the rooms as we didn't stay the night but going by the level of service, the comfort of the tea rooms, the cleanliness of the wash room and the quality of the food, I would expect the rooms to be of an excellent standard too!

My friends treated me to Afternoon Tea here as a surprise for my birthday. What a wonderful gift. The location is quirky in a building dating from 1580. The staff were so helpful about attentive, unlimited hot drinks were a bonus. As for the food - so tasty and a good range of savoury and sweet
