Great little pub in Bridgnorth. Never change the name - the idiots don't understand the history of one of our Kings - he was of European birth with Italian looks. The pub is a great place. All the old world charm inside and up the street. Great
Great service, great beer, great view of the river & the tastiest pork pie ever
A small basic pub, 4 ales available, can be busy in summer due to tourists, good location, on the steep hill between high and low town.
Great pub and a good mix of people using it. A nice range of drinks available.
A great place for Ale drinkers with a good choice of Ales and guest ales too.
There is a nice seating area out the back which is dog friendly.
Its nice and old worldly inside too.
The staff are excellent and knowledgeable for sure.
A great place to visit on the walk down from Bridgnorth high tow
Came to Bridgenorth for a first time, with family. After walk, was nice to stop here for a drink. Little, cozy pub, friendly service from a girl in the bar. Would go back.
A great pub, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre. Brilliant atmosphere. Friendly staff and locals. Recommended.
Been holidaying and this has to be the best pub! The lady serving is the reason we came back 3 days on the run. The locals are fab too. Have to love a pub like this. Thanks so much for a great couple of days Tracey (with an e) xx
Nice place. I have stopped here over the years and the food is great. I had a chicken cheese burger with fried onions rings and skin on fries. Really nice. 👍🏽💪🏽😁
Superb pub, excellent range of real ales, real fires in the grates and superb staff. Very cosy and quaint, a proper PUB!
No food served though.
Old quaint pub with good choice of real ale. Didn't check whether they do food on my short visit.
Good atmosphere and popular by the look of the number of people in.
Well worth a visit.
Nice personal bar , small but space well used. Nice choice of beers and largers. Very dog friendly too :)
Only had drinks, good choice and good atmosphere
Great pub with loads of charm. Staff are fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The Ale is very well kept and a realistic price. Music on Sunday lunch time of a high standard "Jazz"
Good for me as like Jazz. Definitely be back and recommend to friends. Landlord has a wicked mustache.
Very nice historical pub, outside area and serving staff are lovely.
