My pizza was late due to staff sickness (this was 27/09/2023) but the member staff Connor (I think that was his name) was absolutely killing it, made the order and then delivered it himself. What a legend. Love Papa John's, will always order from here.
There was a longer wait than usual due to the sheer volume of orders they were getting. The customer service was good and the manager was very helpful. Food itself was very tasty and the ingredients felt fresh and of a better standard to what is used in Domino's or Pizza Hut. Would order again. EDIT
I was in town from the USA for the Senior British Open. I stopped in here and was waited on by what seemed to be a husband/wife couple. They were cleaning when I walked in the door. They were super friendly and the food was excellent. I couldn't have been happier with my visit here!
Ordered some food, they were extremely busy and had some technical issues. But the manager drove the food to my house herself and threw in free extras. Really going above and beyond. So grateful.
Struggling for drivers, the Manager at the Papa Johns Tremains Road, Bridgend, actually walked my order to my house!!! What a fab guys he was too. I ordered last week when the store opened at first. Ordering a second time I had a complete different experience. My food was delivered faster, and my order was complete.
