Food was fresh, the teller got the order wrong but the supervisor was there to sort out the problem straight away. They were very busy but still just one off a perfect score is pretty good. Napkins and straws in the bag without asking. We'll done guys
Never had any issues that they have not Been Able to rectify for me.
Whether I'm in store, driving thru, or having it delivered.
I usually have my order right and fine.
But when there has been issues, if you communicate it to them, they will strive to fix it or compensate if they can't fix it.

Drive through was quick as usual, however as I have a hearing disability I did have trouble understanding the person speaking to me taking my order, it didnt seem very loud, perhaps there should be a button for those hard of hearing. Just saying. Other than that it was speedy as usual 👍
Always busy, quick service, friendly staff, and nice hot food, Sometimes they do get your order wrong, but they are very quick to rectify.

Takeaways are allowed at the moment but indoor eating is not allowed for now.
Weekends sees a surge and may have to wait in queue, however it doesn't take more than 10 mins to place ur order at the station.

Amazing staff who went above and beyond today when I fell over on the footpath alongside the main road . I called in and asked if they had a plaster and their first aider patiently patched me up and got another member of staff to drive me back to Coychurch . Well above and beyond service -so kind caring and thoughtful . I am truly grateful
Considering its such a busy mcdonalds both inside and drive through you cannot fault how well the staff run this place food is always fresh , served warm and quickly. And staff are always happy to help!.

Great bite to eat it's really good you can get a healthy chicken salad and wraps. In my opinion it's about time not everyone likes burgers and fries
