The chips were fresh the peas amazing, the batter slightly soggy but not a put off. The girls who served us were very friendly

This place has always provided excellent food quality and service, we've been coming here for 4 years now. I suspect some of these low star reviews are from the competition putting the knife in. Also in 2020 Covidworld deliveries are bound to be a bit crazy, so I think we need to give them a break.
Wife loved the Hunters Chicken and the Fish and Chips are nice.
After a late bus caused me to miss my connection bus I figured I would give the chipyard a try. The fish and chips I got saved my night. It put me in a much better mood as it was lovely. The fish was flaky and tasty. The chips were lovely and crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle.
