I saw that on a Sunday after 7pm that main meals were 2 for the price of 1. There are so many fast food outlets near to where we went but we thought we would take up the offer. The staff were amazing and the food was excellent

Thanks to the staff and to name “Christian “ who looked after us on our visit -1st August 2023. The place was spotlessly clean , our contact when ordering and paying and delivering food to our table was , super professional and helped with our orders. Thanks to Christian and the other members of staff who made this visit a great one

As we entered a book and crayon was given to my kid which kept her busy while we ate. That was good thought. But we did not realise why it was given until the wait for the desserts would be there. Pizza and garlic bread was good. Pasta was not up to the mark. Drinks were good. Overall a good place to relax and have food after shopping.

Nice friendly staff, especially the waitress who served us, despite her being very busy, was very polite and welcoming, especially to my boys. My only complaint was the time we waited for the kids' desserts to arrive, we waited about 25 mins, and by this time, the restaurant was not as busy, and there were fewer patrons. What was a nice touch was by way of an apology for the delay (at the fault of the kitchen and not our waitress) we had a reduction on our bill without the need to ask or complain.

🌟Took my friends little one here for food last night and the service we received from Tracey Wollan (I hope I've spelled your surname right) was amazing🌟 Tracey couldn't do enough for us and the other tables around us. She worked her hardest, checking I was ok for a drink, did I want water or anything. She interacted well with my friends little boy, talking to him, making sure he ate his pizza. Tracey also left his food for him, allowing him to take his time, when she brought the pudding over she gave me his bowl so he could finish his food. Also the children’s portions are very generous. could see she had a few tables to serve aswell and I could see she was busy, but she was very quick serving, making everyone feel at ease. I hardly ever leave a tip, and I did tonight, and left what I could leave as times aren't easy so I rounded my bill up, it's the least I could do. Also a massive thank you to Shaun, I think it was giving my friends little one more colourings on the way out. I felt so relaxed and not rushed and really enjoyed the food. Very happy customer 😁❤

My previous experiences of this place have not been good. It has been some time since visiting so decided to give it another try. This time the service was great and the food was lovely. Our server was brilliant. Unfortunately, we didn't have any change to leave a tip which I felt terrible about. I didn't realise until after our bill was settled otherwise I'd have used the machine, which I don't usually do as I rather give directly to the staff.

Regular Frankie & Benny's franchise. Nice restaurant with pleasant staff. The food was well prepared and well presented. However, despite it being fairly quiet, the staff forgot to come and take our order. Then the food took a long time to arrive. Somewhat disappointing compared with other outlets that we have visited.

We went here as a party of 7 plus a baby. We sat outside in a very pleasant seating area . Lots of flowers looking in great condition. The staff were Owen josh and Michelle they were all very efficient and made our visit very enjoyable. Our orders were taken quickly and the food delivered on a timely manner. Well done to the kitchen staff. I don't know their names The restaurant has a 4/5 food hygiene certificate and overall looked very clean and tidy. the washrooms were in good order and smelt fresh. I would recommend this place as a good place to visit. Please click LIKE when you have read my review .thank you

Fantastic as always, friendly staff. Perfect date night for Valentine's Day! Amazing visit. Missed visiting here due to lockdown, lots of effort has been put into social distancing and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic.

It's been 7 years since my last visit to the Bridgend branch, and sadly, it's the closest one to me now that the two swansea branch and Parc Pemberton branch have gone. The menu seems to have shrunk somewhat, but the food was still delicious, and we all enjoyed it. We will be back again one day.

Had the crispy bbq chicken burger, it wasn't bad, but the bill for two of us came to over £50 for 2 burgers, topped fries, and 2 drinks. Overpriced for what it is, but it filled a gap but emptied my wallet.

Walked in 11.30, lots of seats available so met and seated straight away. Four eating, two mains and two starters as mains as light eaters. Food arrived quickly and was delicious.

They have a great menu with plenty of choices & great breakfasts. Even waffle dippers with chocolate sauce, bananas & strawberries for kids. The service wasn't too bad, perhaps they could check in on if you're needing more drinks or anything than when you've finished your meal. Otherwise a good place to eat
