Absolutely brilliant service. Exceptional food. We both had the T bone steak which was one of the best I've tasted. The waiter talked me out of having two of the sharing desserts as they were so big. When it came it was more than enough for two of us and was amazing! Would recommend this place to everyone.
Fab pub, fab food and fab staff. Had sunday lunch yesterday. The usual excellent quality meal served by attentive staff led by Nigel with his management skills and brilliant sense of humour. He makes every customer feel important. What really drew my attention yesterday was a couple and their child who came in hoping for lunch. However restaurant was to busy. I was totally impressed by Jason who settled them down to a table in the lounge, assured them they could have a meal, fetched them a menu and generally made them feel special, well done Jas.
Always fab. I have been going for over 20 years and I have never had a bad meal. The staff are brilliant and the restaurant has lovely decor. I recommend the beef dinner.
Went for an Easter Sunday roast with the family and as always the food was delicious , the service was first rate and the the place was inviting . We are always guaranteed good food and at great prices at the masons . Family friendly and well worth the visit

The wife and I are regular visitors to this friendly welcoming place. The food is more than enough and to a high standard as always , the wife insists on coming here every year for our wedding anniversary the staff are always friendly and no sooner are we seated we’re being served drinks and offered menus ! Can’t wait to return and have another fabulous meal with you keep up the good work guys !

Beautiful meal yesterday! Couldn't fault the food or service, I just wish that there was an option for smaller potions! The gammon & steak potions are huge, which to some is not a reason to moan but it's quite off putting for a small eater like my mother. Just a suggestion perhaps offer a light bite option. Better than food going to waste xx

Had a great evening with family and friends. All our meals were delicious and the service we received was outstanding especially as there was 38 of us in the booking. Thank you to the restaurant staff for a lovely evening.
Booked in for a family lunch a party of 16 and such amazing food and friendly staff.
They couldn't do enough for us and such great value.
It's not often you have to say no that we are fine for extra veg etc.
We'll definitely go back again next time we are up in Bridgend.

Called in yesterday for lunch had bar meals my husband had Masons breakfast I had beef burger salad chips relish coleslaw it was lovely huge portions we couldn't eat it all
