Here is a place for making new people and get new experience. I love to drink cofee in Costa its environment and staffs are so lovely!
People are very nice and friendly staff. I like the costa now in Shenfield very pretty design.
Needed some coffee while camping at 6:30am and to my surprise they were open! Incredibly friendly staff and very very helpful with great coffee! Definitely recommend šš½
Has had a full redecoration, so much more comfortable and welcoming than the slightly tired previous interior. Chairs are more comfy as well. Worth a visit.
Most costas do a wide range of vegan food (sandwiches etc) so I was quite disappointed they didn't. However the manager was very helpful in finding vegan cakes for me.

The loop system for my hearing aid was not working at Shenfield. Apart from that a friendly and helpful staff available.
