M&s Cafe - Brentwood - Photo album

Went to collect euros but wasn't ready. The staff were extremely friendly and kind and offered us to wait in the cafe and provided my children with complimentary drinks. Didn't expect it but was very grateful to the staff.

Lisianthus bought last Friday at your Brentwood store, now opened and looking lovely.
I'm thinking this is one of very few shops left in Brentwood to stock menswear.😱 The other reason to visit has to be the food department downstairs which is always well stocked. Fresh fruit purchased here does not seem to have been bruised when loaded on shelves so keeps longer. Till staff are frien
Found the turkey I was looking for to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving...yippie 😊 and the staff were ever so helpful 👍
The cafe has the best cheesy fries ever
Cafe: Pea and mint soup (with two buns) was lovely.
Julie.S. nice image for M&S brand. Helpful, kind, friendly. This nice lady really made my day! " It should be like this". My respect, Alina C. 10th Sep 2022
Lovely store with m and s food downstairs. Lovely cafe on top floor but does get busy. Lovely views onto high street. Store always clean and well laid out plenty of room with buggy and big lifts/ escalator.
Thank you to Kayleigh, who went above and beyond in helping me out today. Appreciated the bucks fizz being boxed too. Excellent customer service.
On two occasions I have done food shopping for a Client, and both times I have asked if I could have assistance as I did not know the food store and needed help finding the items as I was limited to a time frame. The first time I was helped by a young woman who was very helpful and the second (17th
Love the supermarket food and the clothes, although more expensive the quality matches the price. However cafe has a small selection of food that you could buy cheaper downstairs and little options for allergies or eating preferences, it is good for revision/work though as not normally too busy
The Brentwood store is very convenient although a shade too small to display it's merchandise to its full potential. The downstairs food hall is well-designed but at times overcrowded at the tills. All staff are very polite and welcoming.
Some labels were misplaced, but overall a good place to shop. M&S have recently started stocking craft ales which is a welcome addition. Just wish they came in proper sizes rather than 330ml!
