My family really like the place, we come for dinner regularly on Saturday. There is a great selection which I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t not on any Asian buffet menu that I would want. The food is always fresh, hot, very tasty. Moreover, manager and staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s a must go place! We really enjoyed it.

A very busy but not chaotic restaurant that meets good standards for All-You-Can-Eat type places. A large amount of space for small and big groups. A good selection of food ranging from starters, mains to desserts, a bar and even a place for a chef to cook some dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. No task too big, no question too small. Lots of free parking as the restaurant shares this with the rest of the leisure park. Decent price for what you pay for.
Since this place is very popular waiting times can be long depending on time and group size. I would advise to make a reservation.
Amazing food and nice staff but cutlery and plates could be cleaner as sometimes there was still food left on it.

Restaurant offering delicious food, vast choice of dishes. Teppanyaki is particularly good, made to my explicit requirement by a capable chef,my compliments to the him, photo attached. Just a little annoying that whilst standing at the tepenyake station, one is constantly having to step aside for staff moving back and forth with their little trollies with a thought that sometimes will be spilled on ones clothes.
Had gone there on a Sunday (yesterday) with a party if 12+ friends. Seemed very popular with some birthday party group as well.
Attire was very casual indeed.
Would suggest placing some chilli oil at the starters station, rather than having to go up to the chef at the tepenyake bar to get some.
The tables are far too small and seating far too cramped.
That aside it was a good time, had by all.
There is ample car par parking to the right of the restaurant on cobbled loose stones.

Went there again yesterday with a smaller group this time.
We had a nice table out of the way so we could all talk and eat
There was plenty of choice with varied flavours.
My only Disapointment was with the Chinese chef doing the Teppanyaki. A real shame the previous European chef has left.
Chef's failed to slice fresh root ginger, which has always been done for me before, instead, he offered me some minutely cut ginger that was sitting in water, looked pathetic. So I refused it. The chef said he did not have any ginger other than the one floating in the water bowl.
That is a extremely poor state of affairs for a restaurant that serves freshly made food.
The chef'a laziness, to go and slice fresh root ginger, dramatically reduced the overall flavour and enjoyment of my tailored dish on this occassion. I mentioned this to the manager. Hopefully, Izumu will be more tuned next time.
That apart, my group enjoyed the outing to Izumi.
Let us hope the Teppanyaki chef is more enlightened next time.

Really good selection but the food itself was bang average (It was a very busy Friday night). Lovely atmosphere and the waiting staff were warm and welcoming. Definitely worth another visit soon.
My missus and I paid a visit to this venue around 18 months ago but I totally forgot to leave a review, had I done so it would have been lucky to have received a 2 star rating, the whole eating experience was appalling BUT having been invited along to a Mothers Day lunch last Sunday along with other members of the family I found the whole experience had been turned on it's head, it was absolutely fantastic. The food was hot and tasty and in much abundance, the staff went over and beyond the call of duty, the restaurant was gleaming (not quite so nice the first time we were there) and all in all a great buffet meal. We're both looking forward to returning in the near future and as it's fairly local, that shouldn't be too long a wait.
The food is excellent so don't be put off by the "buffet" style service. Good for family's but noisy. Basic but clean friendly and easy if you fancy a cheap night out... go later if you want to avoid the children.

Clean very good choice of food virtually every Chinese dish and they have a grill area where they will prepare fresh food of your choice.Seats at lest 100 people a small bar and the staff were all very good and polite. You need a car unless you live in the vicinity it's a bit out of the way.Very reasonably priced. Cheaper than a takeaway and this is a buffet.
Absolutely Fantastic Place.
Clean and Roomy, with a huge choice of self service food. A cook to order grill and stir fry/wok menu too.
Plenty of shared parking with the other companies at that location.
Easy access from Brentwood or Warley.
Wheelchair accessible.
Would recommend to all.
Been here a few times first being in 2013 and most recent in Jan 2019 .The variety is good . However my most recent trip left me very disappointed with the food .The majority of the food was oily and greasy and the items which were more in demand such as duck and fried squid were not replenished enough so a wait ensued for people wanting said items . The deserts were lacking with 4 options for cakes some whipped cream desserts and a ice cream freezer with a selection of ice creams . The customer service as far as booking as being given drinks and tables cleared was very good and the staff were very polite .So overall a good experience but for it to be 5 stars the food could be a bit less greasy and maybe get replenished a bit more often .
Excellent service from the friendly and attentive staff. Food was very good and plenty of choice. My only criticism is there isn't a refill option for soft drinks like there is at most of these all you can eat buffet restaurants. Thirsty work eating your own bodyweight in food so it can bump up your bill quite a bit.
