Great evening with our group of 9 people. The staff accommodated us our request, and did not rush us to finish and leave, even though it was 11pm.
We had a Lamb Bhuna but asked them to add Shatkora, which they did. Also made pani puri starter for us, but that was pre booked last week.

A lovely restaurant on the busy high road. A family friendly atmosphere with a traditional feel of a Indian. We can with six colleagues for an evening meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Starters of Poppadom and chutney sauce never go wrong and came out very fast and this place made it even special as you didn’t have to ask for chutney refills staff would automatically refill it. Main mixed starters of chicken, prawn tikka and kebabs again out very fast. The food was hot, fresh, well presented and tasted delicious. Staff were always around if you needed drinks or anything extra. Staff cleared the starter plates quickly and main was served within a few minutes. We ordered a mix of different curries from prawn madras, meat bhuna, chicken tikka curry and vegetable dansak. The food was very tasty, fresh, well flavoured and not to overly spiced just perfect for everyone to enjoy. After our main which everyone enjoyed we settled down to a nice cup of tea. I would highly recommend this place, beautiful food & drink, lovely staff and a great Indian restaurant atmosphere. Hope to visit again soon!!

Just had a delivery and was really impressed. Food arrived after 20 mins of ordering and was really fresh and tasty. Great sized portions and good value. Recommend!
All round great experience. 2nd time we have eaten in (but lots of take a ways). Nothing is to much trouble for the staff even on a busy Friday night. We asked for our food to be cooked without any salt and this was done without any fuss. Food was stunning as always and we really recommend the salmon. Generous portions so took home what we couldn't manage and had that on Saturday. Staff really friendly, can't wait to go back. Jo & Geoff
Been here twice and had takeaway once. First time was faultless, second time the food tasted great, but wasn't what we ordered. Starters and mains came at the same time and service was slow. Will return as the food quality is very good.
A colleague and I went to this restaurant by chance and and loved it. We returned a couple of times then brought our husbands who agreed the food was delicious. I live in Hockley and will always make the effort to come to this restaurant. Great food and really friendly staff.

This place is one of the best places to eat in shenfield. They do authentic Indian food, they use fresh ingredients and support the local high street. If ever in that area do make sure to try this place for a meal it's located few seconds away from the railway station.
Very high quality food, I would go as far to say the best I’ve had in the Brentwood area. The general manager is attentive and on the ball which makes for great service. I will be returning.
Went to empire new years eve, I lived in Brentwood for year's and never been, so decided to go for the first time, I can honestly say it's the best Chinese I've ever had.
Delicious food, friendly service & overall fantastic restaurant. Cant wait to return. Highly recommend.
