Absolutely love Masons and the staff there are amazing. We recently had a return visit to celebrate my brother beating cancer and when Bradley realised he returned with a celebration plate for him. Nothing is ever too much trouble, the food is brilliant, the portion sizes are huge.

Had a very nice Sunday Lunch. Gammon Roast is incredibly good value and partner's Sea Bass was excellent. Also had fantastic Whitebait starter.
There was a bit of a mix up with ordering, but it was handled with supreme professionalism by the first class waiting staff, and how a problem is handled is always an indication of calibre.
Been several times before and will return again.

Still as good as ever. Today Toad-in-the-hole was on the specials and it was spectacular! Great quality sausages and batter. Also nice Mackerel pate starter and superb chocolate sponge and custard. And luckily for me all in walking distance of my home. Excellent service from Alicia.
Absolutely beautiful..the food was delicious, very well presented and piping hot..and the staff polite and efficient...not been here before but will absolutely return... white wine was ice cold and served in very clean polished glasses..it matters and is appreciated... really very lovely thank you
We had a delicious Sunday lunch here for my dad's 90th. The staff and service were great and the food came all together, lovely and hot despite there being 28 of us. Definitely wirth a visit.

Lovely dinner celebrating mums birthday with family. Our waiter Bradley was excellent, he was very polite, tentative and friendly. Great atmosphere with live pianist and lovely food.
Lovely food and atmosphere, the only thing I was not impressed with was the Mason bruschetta starters , it was just half of a mini toasted baguette, the ones you get from sainsburys, with normal sliced tomato and a slice of melted goat cheese. The mains of steak medallion , and also duck breast was amazing. The dessert 🍨 of strawberry stack shortbread was also very good.
The quality and variety of food on offer was great, the set lunch with free dessert was good value and the staff are very nice. Oh and clean toilets.

A lovely restaraunt. The service from all the staff was excellent. The food was lovely- much attention to detail - and a small query was dealt with expertly by the manager. Alot of food options. A slightly older, piano in the background, atmosphere which was relaxing and allowed for great conversation. A lovely evening. Recommended.
Hi all, I visited Masons today for the 1st time, and I can only say every member of staff was very polite, the supervisor (Jay was super nice and professional especially with the wine serving, as both the pinot and chardonnay where nice) one thing I would like to add is the staff are so much better in every way than other local pubs/ restaurants. I will definitely be back.
Had a lovely meal here for my Dads 90th there were 30 family members and the staff were excellent as was the food,. Definitely recommend this for any occasion or just a meal out.
Excellent atmosphere with pianist playing throughout the evening. Happy conversation from many of the tables. The menu included partridge and pigeon as well as the more usual fare. The staff were friendly and approachable.
Shared a 30th birthday celebration here, 12 years after the 18th and this place is still amazing. Service, food, ambience fabulous, couldn't fault it. Definitely recommend.
