What a great place, The Brewery Tap in Brentford. Also, a most perplexing pub as it forms part of the Fuller's stable and is hardly a Fuller's brewery tap as that should be The Mawson's Arms (Coach and Horses, if memory serves) just a tease to the Griffin brewery there. The Brewery Tap is a great pub of some heritage with plenty of space both inside and out, lots out. Lovely people and lovely beer that we expect from the Chiswick experts. A great pint and chat, thank you.

A rough and ready music pub, with old furniture scattered through several rooms. Outdoor seating when it's warm is on the road next to the river. The management is happy for pizza to be brought in from the nearby restaurant. Great atmosphere and decent beer.

Traditional pub with traditional ales (Fullers). Cozy, low ceilings and sometimes a bloke playing a piano just inside the door. Service is good and friendly. Nothing too trendy and ideal for a pint/wine or whatever your tipple. The outside lets it down a bit, due to the surrounding buildings looking a bit tired, but the outside tables are quite nice. I'd go again if i were in the area.

A lovely old school pub hidden behind Brentford High Street near the river. All the development made it hard to find, so please check the map when looking for it for a spot of lunch.. They do excellent pizza which was reasonably priced too. The landlady had poured some drinks for a photoshoot too and offered me another complimentary Frontier from that selection to add to the one I had bought. She was very hospitable too and the outside seating was nice on a summers day. A great pub for the area and they had a live music space so probably is fun in the evenings too.

A gem of a place. Wonderful location near the canal (and river). And very pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend. Try and get there before all the property developments are completed - though I don’t think it will ever lose it’s quirkiness.

Great food options, lovely bit of outside space! Great atmosphere. Fun yesterday with the super high tide too!

Unique pub setting with loads of classic cars dotted around. The only slight limitation was I thought the drinks menu was limited (maybe this is due to COVID and them having less items available at the moment). Be great to have an IPA available; only seemed to be Lagers or Real Ales.

Pubs like this are increasingly rare - a proper local with heart and soul. I saw Florence Joelle perform there on a wet and windy night and she was brilliant. The pizzas we ordered turned out to be the best pizzas I’ve had in this country. The atmosphere was so warm and the bar staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back and hope to see more live music there in future.

There are plenty of pubs round Brentford but we rarely go to any but our top two, Brewery Tap and Black Dog. The Tap is a really friendly local, superbly run by the lovely Annie. It's good place for a drink by the water in good weather and you can order excellent pizzas from Santa Maria as well as a good range of drinks. I really like the IPA and my wife finds the house red very palatable. The star attraction at the Tap is the music. Subject to Covid restrictions they often have bands playing there. Last night we really enjoyed Robert Hokum and the Great West Groove, playing bluesy music.

Love this pub! Located idyllically on the river. Annie is a personable, lovely proprietor. Pizza isn’t any better in Napoli!
