First time going there and it was really a great experience. The staff were very friendly and polite and the service was very quick. My food was fresh and hot. I would recommend this KFC to others.

The staff were very friendly and also gave me 2 extra hot wings due to delay in fillet burgers (5 mins). The cashiers made me feel very welcome and happy.

Very helpful and kind staff. Accidentally dropped the bag of KFC and they kindly offered me a new bag for both the chips and food. Overall good experience and good food.

By far the best kfc in West London area. I order from Brentford branch through ubereats to chiswick as my local in Chiswick is discusting.
Food was good but it’s worth noting it is a smaller KFC so there is one bench to sit at to eat your food which seats six or eight people.
Stranded when I locked myself out of my car. Had limited time waiting for the locksmith so grabbed some chicken. It was very good. Nice friendly place
The server forgot to give us our drinks. Took her another 8/10 minutes after the burger had arrived to give us our drinks. By then the food was cold.
I am giving 5 stars to KFC Brentford because yes is a fast food but for me is the best one on Brentford and also every time I went the staff was helpful to me and the service fast.
They also have done great efforts to covid proof this small shop.
As a vegan I am very please I can get a vegan burger now which tastes great and also I must admit their fries are really good! Hard to stop eating them.
If you are looking for a quick meal, with a good standard for a fast food and if you are vegan it is a good place to go.
I hope for a spicy vegan burger in the future!
