First time going there and it was really a great experience. The staff were very friendly and polite and the service was very quick. My food was fresh and hot. I would recommend this KFC to others.

By far the best kfc in West London area. I order from Brentford branch through ubereats to chiswick as my local in Chiswick is discusting.
Food was good but it’s worth noting it is a smaller KFC so there is one bench to sit at to eat your food which seats six or eight people.

The server forgot to give us our drinks. Took her another 8/10 minutes after the burger had arrived to give us our drinks. By then the food was cold.
I am giving 5 stars to KFC Brentford because yes is a fast food but for me is the best one on Brentford and also every time I went the staff was helpful to me and the service fast.
They also have done great efforts to covid proof this small shop.
