Great little family place.. This is our local Italian - others have come and gone (aaah, Prezzo... where art thou now..?), but La Rosetta remains. It's in Brentford, by the way (the Urbanspoon search engine seems to think it's Hounslow), and probably the friendliest place to eat in the area. The food's isn't remarkable (straightforward pizza and pasta dishes, some pricier fish and meat dishes for more affluent diners), but specials are very often worth a try. The real distinguishing factor here, though, is the warmth of the welcome and the great atmosphere. There's nothing slick or urban about it - it's just decent down-home Italian cooking and hospitality, in two cosy and welcoming rooms. Brentford residents will see the same faces eating there time and again, such is its loyal local following. Highly recommended.

La Rosetta exceeded our expectations. The calamari & bruschetta was a delightful appetizer, perfectly crispy and flavourful. The pasta dishes were exceptional, with rich and authentic Italian flavours. The tiramisu for dessert was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.
In addition to the delicious food, the service was outstanding. Attentive and the friendly staff enhanced our dining experience. A memorable visit!

Italian family owned restaurant in the heart of Brentford dock high street on the corner a very Italian style piazza. Daniele and his father run the place, with great, attentive staff.
Friendly continental atmosphere, especially eating al fresco on a summers day under the awning. Wonderful service and the food is traditional, very high quality and delicious.
My go to meal is veal Milanese, with Spaghetti Napoli style. Perfetto. Multo bene! πππΌ
The best restaurant for quality food, service and atmosphere.
Not halal, but there's a huge range of fish dishes and vegetarian dishes to choose from, so I'm always spoilt for choice. Staff are super helpful. The spaghetti vongole (seafood spaghetti) is a must try!
I like the pawns with rice and also seafood spaghetti. Better to book in advance.

For well over 30 years La Rosetta has always been our local go to restaurant, as it has for many of our neighbours. You are always guaranteed a warm welcome by Danny and the team and the food and levels of service never disappoints. Even if you eat on your own, somehow they never make you feel alone. It really is a bit of a Brentford institution!
Last night we were walk-ins at about 7pm and despite both sides of the restaurant being pretty much fully booked with a number of large tables already seated, they managed to sort us a table for two.
As always the food was well cooked and presented. Love their home-made bread and last night the Vitello Paillard (gilled veal with lemon and butter sauce) and grilled salmon also with a lemon and butter sauce, both were excellent. Also shared the Torte della Nonna (short pastry filled with lemon flavoured custard cream) ooohhhh so good.
Thank you for being such a great place to come and eat, the whole team are fantastic and hopefully you will enjoy your Christmas Break. We very much look forward to enjoying more meals in 2023
My mum and her good friends have been coming here since it opened in '88. Great pasta and pizza - portions are perfect. Lovely ambiance including a special, distinct little celebration for your birthday so that the whole high street knows! π
Great fresh quality food, good portions and reasonably priced. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Brentford ! Had a wonderful experience with my family. Staff very polite and friendly, food was amazing. The bread is so good,the best I ever tried in my life . Recommend to everyone π
Went in last Monday with my wife and 2 sons and we were showed to our table promptly. The Italian Lady was initially quite pushy especially during order taking.
We then proceeded to order our main courses; all of the main courses came together except my sonβs Veal Parmigiana. He had to wait for almost 40 mins.
The lady was very apologetic and told us she would make it up to us. Her recovery service was superb, she knocked off some items from the check which made us happy.
Food was superb and will visit again when we are in London.

I use this resteraunt on a regular basis and it is One of the best Italian resteraunts I have eaten at ,good varied menu good value for money and most importantly the standard of food is consistently outstanding .if your in Brentford give it a try .
Flying solo for work and needed a quick bite to eat, saw that the place was packed so in I go.
Shocking how great the food was, Iβm struggling to remember as good an Italian meal outside Italy.
Staff were very friendly and attentive, I might have to eat here every day while Iβm here.

I tried this place for the first time after walking past it on several work trips and im so glad i did. Feels like a rustic, family place and really smells amazing when you walk in. I had the pizza with wild brocolli and italian sausage (because i would never think to order brocolli on a pizza) and it was amazing. The crust in particular was light and fluffy yet crispy on the outside. I will be back again on future work trips.
Our favourite restaurant in Brentford and one of the best Italian restaurants we tried. Trying to go there quite regularly because there are always some nice specials going on. Service is always very good and the place is quite busy. They take tables outside when the weather is good so you pretty much sit outside at the square which gives special atmosphere. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. Absolutely recommend this place and I would not be scared to bring Italian there π
We've been going here now and then since we moved nearby a few years back. It's always been friendly and buzzy but on recent trips the quality of the food has gone up a level, so the entire experience is now very enjoyable. In warm weather they open out onto the Market Place (Brentford Town Square) which makes it great for people with young children. We went there with our older grandchildren recently. The staff were great, the food delicious, the wine fine and we all had a good time.
A wonderful & long term established restaurant in Brentford. It has a wonderful reputation & one that is so very deserved. It is in a lovely spot for dining inside & outside. I had a gorgeous lunch today, the food, the service & the staff were fab! A great local gem!
