We had dinner twice in this lovely Indian restaurant. The main reason to go there the first time was that the very friendly owner allowed us to bring our dog - the only restaurant we could find in Brecon (except pubs)! There is only one table for dog owners, though, so make sure to book the table or be prepared to wait. It was our luck that we "had" to go there for dinner because the food was exceptional. We had papadums which are served with a variety of dips - be sure to try those. As starters we had the "butterfly shrimp" and "veggie samosa". Main dishes were the Assamese Duck and Peppery Korai. Especially the main courses were cooked with fresh ingredients, were seasoned perfectly and altogether tasted fantastic. It was so good that we went back a few days later and had the same experience. Value for money is great, especially compared to what you would normally get in a pub. I fully recommend this Zeera to anyone who loves a spicy meal paired with a friendly service.

We were visiting on holiday and got a take away one evening. Some of us are veggie, some pescatarian and some meat eaters, everything was amazing and really good value! 10/10 recommend to everyone

We popped in on a Sunday as we had just arrived in Brecon and were very hungry; the food was incredible and decently priced. Their garlic mains were some of the best curries I've ever had, and portions were very generous. Staff were all very friendly and the overall experience was unbeatable!

Staying in Talgarth, we drove to Zeera for dinner. Food was delicious. Service was second to none. Loved it and felt totally satiated. So full, can barely breathe!

Really good food and service. We were staying in Brecon for the night and came across this restaurant, highly recommend. We had the deal for two for £38 which was two starters, poppadoms, two mains, two rice, one side and a nann bread. All of which was really tasty, well presented and served quickly even though it was still quite busy for a Monday.

It was a Sunday evening, most restaurants were full, those that weren't, would not accommodate us because we were travelling with our dog. We did not have a reservation, but the gentleman at the bar told us to return in an hour. After being seated, the service was quick and very friendly. The food is outstanding, very authentic and fresh. I highly recommend this amazing gem of a restaurant, but be sure to make a reservation, it is busy. On a personal note, thank you for your kind hospiltality and for allowing our well behaved dog to lay under our table.

Service is extremely high quality with friendly welcoming staff who are polite and accommodating. Menu is large with a lot of choice, many sides and a good selection of alcohol to cool down your spicy meal. Price wise is reasonable for the amount of food, I’d advise pre booking as it can get very busy on weekends which goes to show how popular the zeera can be. The only reason it I haven’t been able to score a 5 is due to the hot temperature inside the restaurant, the whole table felt very hot as soon as we were sat down. Apart from that l, this is one the best Indians in the area.

Lovely Indian cuisine! Not very spicy so ask for it spicier if you like traditional Indian spice levels! Service was great and they had a good selection of drinks as well. Recommend if visiting the area.

Absolutely lovely spot in Brecon, the food was amazing. There was an entire garlic section - I recommend 'garlic veg'! Lots of range for veggies/vegans.

First visit, won’t be the last. Lively, busy and good value. My wife loved her Malayan chicken and my Chicken Tikka Vindaloo was fiery and delicious.

We ordered takeaway after a long day of a walking holiday and it was excellent. Really enjoyed it. I had Rogan Josh which was thick and flavourful. My wife enjoyed her fish curry. Very good fish apparently. Very helpful chap who served us. Explained the dishes Nd made recommendations. Also loved the hand writing on the boxes 😅😁😁 Would definitely recommend.

Was a bit apprehensive but decided on this one as our usual was fully booked. Very pleasantly surprised and well worth the short trip to Brecon. Service was excellent and all authentically Indian. The menu was excellent with dishes I'd never tried before.

Couldn't have been happier! Service was great and the food was incredible! Best Indian takeaway we've had in years. Nice to see the majority of main courses available as vegetarian options. I got some meat dishes too and they were top quality. Highly recommended, going back tonight! Really good value for money as well, good portion sizes with the leftovers doing another couple of meals.
