Very tradition Sunday roast that was delicious. Service was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
Just turned up on the night as a last minute we decided to go out for dinner and luckily they managed to seat us and an I glad they did!
It is a cute little pub and dining area.
There is some seating outside for summer weather.

My type of pub. I could have happily spent all day and night there but was reminded I was supposed to be on a health farm type place supposedly abstaining from this indulgence. Bah.
We eat out on a regular basis and I have to say the food here is the best in the area. We had the king prawns, the goats cheese wrapped in filo and the garlic mushrooms as appetisers, they were fantastic, full of flavour and exquisite. For main course we had the Butternut squash with Mediterran

The pause between courses was perfect and the waitress service unobtrusive. Many of the meals had tweaks and different items left off and the right plate went to the right person each time.

Went for the Bearfest. Had a great afternoon /evening and Gary made sure we were able to park out campervan on site so we could stay over and enjoy a drink. Thanks Gary 🙂

Visited for lunch today. Great selection of dishes to choose from and all of the dishes we had were well presented and thoroughly enjoyed. Particular mention for the steak, smoked haddock and the rum and raisin ice cream.
