This is the local boozer and 1 of only 2 pubs left in a village which used to have 46. Reasonable priced beer compared with it's only opposition. A good choice of drinks but no cask ale. Full of characters
Brilliant local pub, serving high grade lagers and beers and a selection of real ales. At amazingly low prices. Covering most sporting events on a selection of tvs.
Cosy little pub with friendly staff and locals, dog friendly
Called in for a few drinks as we were staying nearby had a great time the bar was very busy and all the locals were friendly and soon chatting away with us
We were there for a weeks break and this place was Brilliant! The Staff were amazing. The customers were amazing, the whole place was amazing. Geordie's in general are friendly happy people and they made us feel like one of their own. Thanks Nags Head, Tremendous!
Stopped for a drink here after a bicycle ride. Enjoyed chilling out outside the pub. Customers were friendly too.
The Nags Head was an oasis, after arriving in Brampton cycling Hadrians Wall C2C from Bowness on Solway! Ever so friendly welcome. Worth a visit!
Brilliant local pub, very clean and well organised with a friendly atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed my holiday spending time in The Nags Head and was made to feel very welcome from staff and regulars
Nice pub, good selection of ale, local customers were very friendly, nice pub 👍
Very friendly. Nice pint
A proper Georgian village pub with much warmth and charm and friendly staff and customers.
Good place for a pint and company. Guinness was rather nice.
Cracking pub with very friendly staff and an amusing clientele. Being a Carlisle lad I expected a bit of grief and mick taking. What I got was good banter and a lot of laughter. I even won the open the box thingy. Top prize in cash. Which box did I open? The one containing peanuts! Ah well bee
Very friendly little pub. As a solo traveller all the customers made me feel very welcome.
Lovely pub and very dog friendly Also new manageress went above and beyond to make our visit perfect Thank You 👌
Very homely and welcoming, does a quiz every Thursday night at 8:30pm which I sometimes competed in. The owner is very friendly and looks after his customers.
