We were served by a very pretty waitress who was obviously rushed off her feet and was the only floor staff on shift. The pizza was great and the way she was with my daughter was very lovely considering how busy she was. I think her name was Harietta however I might be wrong. Anyway, she made our quick stop really nice. Thanks!
Really friendly reception from the staff. We were a large party but the restaurant managed the group very well with all the food & drinks arriving promptly & together. Standard PE fare, which is good quality & value.
After struggling to get through on the Deliveroo app, I managed to place an order, which included a vegan pizza. As a vegan, I often get a craving for a decent pizza, and Pizza Express never lets me down. I got a call from the restaurant, telling me that unfortunately they had run out of vegan cheese. I was pretty grumpy about it! Richard, the staff member, apologised and added a few extra ingredients for me instead. I wasn't expecting much, but when the pizza came (quickly) it was absolutely delicious and I would order it like that again it was so good. Thanks so much guys!
Regularly visit this Pizza Express. Staff are always very helpful and great with the kids. It can be a bit noisy depending on the time of day as it's very popular with families (like us!)
Good courteous customer service, didn't have to wait long to order or be served our food. Pizzas very nice.
Can't fault it. Delicious pizzas, loses a star as it's getting ever pricier, particularly the drinks. Always good pizza though and that's what this place is about.
Always lovely staff, we go as a family meal out there, local to us we know exactly what to expect...in a good way. Kids always happy with the crayons and ice cream!
Go at least once a month and usually get exactly what you expect..tasty food..good service..reasonably priced. Today though food cold and service average
