Friendly staff and friendly service. The place was packed and our food came out in good time. The food was way better than your normal pub food, would definitely recommend �🖒

Very good meal and the staff were also very good, not a lot of difference in the new menu but the roast veg salad was very good well done all for a great meal
The three of us had steak lovely it was staff nice as well we went at lunch time so not has noisy as at night even had game pool with our son afterwards .

Food was fantastic even though it was busy and the staff was very helpful. The only critique would be is with all the American style food, there isn't the American style shakes to go with it.
Food was lovely. Especially the chicken wings. Food was cooked really well. Staff was kind and helpfull. Our first visit to this pub and we will be going again.
Good value and nice food.
Lots of special offers throughout the week including 2 meals for £10 so good for a cheap mid week treat. Lots of seating and very spacious abs when we went on a Thursday it wasn’t busy at all. Food is what you would expect for a chain pub and kids meals are very good value. Service was a little slow But overall a good visit
Would have given more stars for service, but when we arrived we were told by a member of staff they do not serve food after 7.45pm (and this was on a Saturday night!!). This wasn’t explained when I booked the table for 7pm. We were then under pressure to order our food quickly and couldn’t enjoy a few drinks before the meal. I can understand an establishment stopping food at 9pm like most places do, but at quarter to eight is a bit ridiculous. Not sure why they stop so early. Maybe the management can reply to this with an explanation.

I recently visited Sherwin Arms Pub and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch.
I want to give a shoutout to Bradley, one of the bartenders, who made our evening special. His cocktail recommendations were spot-on, and he was friendly and attentive throughout.

Came in Saturday night for food. The girls working was very busy, but both worked well together both wore a smile we definitely be back. Nice to see it improving

Very busy . Food very good. Varied menu. Staff helpful and friendly. Excepts blue light card for nhs staff discount. Tvs around the room for Birmingham re Sunderland match. Sharing platters amazing and willassist with doggy bags for home when the going gets tough. Blow up snowman greets you ready for the world cup wearing England kit of course

Only minor details for perfection. Knife missed out at service. Little more checking up would haVe meant less time waiting which wasn't too long. Would gave been nice if we were asked if we enjoyed the meal at the end. Lass taking order behind the bar very good helped us with the blue card app novices to this. Thank you know we ll be back.
We had a table for seven and although a reduced menu, the food was excellent! The kids menu was still as normal.
We'd seen a few things about some difficulties at the Sherwin but we've always had good meals and service before so decided to visit again.
They are understaffed but the ones there were brilliant, please have a little patience and enjoy your night as much as we did !
The steak and ale pie with gravy was as delicious as ever!!
Never been here before it was enjoyable. The food was too much for me, meaning plenty of it. Staff were excellant ready to help. You can eat inside or outside. Traffic was rather noisy outside. Water for dogs which was good.
A family get-together for mine and my grandsons birthday Great time had by all.
Staff were polite and helpful and served most of the meals together.

I haven't been here in since 2012 and it's still a lovely pub. Plenty of parking onsite. Child friendly. Staff are wonderful and menu is yummy, something for everyone.
I even made room for dessert :)
Just returned from having lunch for my friends birthday! They have a wide variety of food on offer at very reasonable prices.
The food was delicious and we will definitely be visiting again very soon.
