Very friendly and quick service, from waitress (Ella I believe). Food was tasty. Fun environment. Food took a while to come out but could be expected on a bank holiday.
Absolutely lovely food. Extremely flavorful. The staff will lovely even gave us a good world gesture of a nice side dish I think her name was Megan. Happy always smiling and made us laugh will be back in the future
Good menu options for all our group who have different tastes and dietary requirements. Food always good. We did have a burnt starter but the staff were brilliant at getting it sorted straight away. Really friendly. Quick service. Yummy food.

This was our first time visiting Wagamama at Braintree Outlets and me and my wife had another terrific lunch. The food as always is excellent in this well decorated restaurant. Staff were friendly and efficient, thank you.

Usually love wagamamas but unfortunately we were let down by ordering mix ups. The staff were great and sorted it out eventually although it meant one person's food arrived after everyone else had finished. Management comped the late dish but rather spoilt an otherwise good meal. I would definitely
Our waitress Rosie was friendly and accommodating. She made sure I wasn’t kept waiting for my food despite the kitchen needing to take special measures. The food nor the service was to be faulted. Braintree Wagamama tops most of their restaurants.
Never been disappointed with the food, but the service we received today was top notch. They even offered water for our dog as we ate in the outside area of the restaurant.
We had Caitlin as our server and we really appreciated the attention to detail and friendliness from her. Thanks again! Xx
Very good.. last minute discussion to pop in for my sons 17th birthday, munch up, with a few friends & family..Even gave us some free cheese cake & ice cream..
