Stunning restaurant with lovely fish tanks and beautiful decor. The waiter Traiq was very friendly and professional so much so I thought he was the owner! The food was amazing and one of the best Jalfrezi Baltis I've had in a long time. The naan was also really nice and I upgraded my naan to a garlic, chilli and cheese which I highly recommend. After they gave us a free spirit and thought the prices were very reasonable. Can't wait to come back again and I definitely recommend 💯👌🏻

Hello it's me Bald Af reviewing another restaurant. This time a india which me, my little bro and step dad by title (real dad in my eyes) go to for a catch up and to put the world to rights. So while we do that, we want good food and nice beer on tap. Let's start, the food is amazing. We all had garlic chicken tikia chefs special, which was amazing. The last time I had a good one was wudud in bradwell, but this one was on par if not better. Service was A class, asking for drinks when the glasses were low. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you guys and will back again and again.

We eat early, so only one's in there at first, so expect service to be good. I can imagine that it's a good atmosphere when bizzy. Food we had was most enjoyable drinks and food at reasonable prices.

Great meal out with friends. Veggie food was excellent, best I've had since eating in the east end of London. Highly recommend it. Staff were attentive but not overly so and the restaurant was clean. We couldn't fault it. Just a shame I don't live locally and can't get there more often!

Last night went with my parents in law we made a reservation under Mr. Richardson, the staff was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, warm cuddly, it was there anniversary thank you so much for the complimentary drinks and pilau rice would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone that wants a good evening there with amazing food and great service. Great portions for both food and drinks, clean place too.

What a great joy it was eating here. Wonderfully decorated interior with fish tank walls and more. Food was really good too. Lamb dish and special biryani went down like a treat.Kids also got what they wanted.

Well, after a long search for a curry house, my family and I were very impressed straight away, a friendly welcome, and have been decorated lovely. We had a full meal and side's poppadoms to start, which were lovely and warm with a full array of dips. The beer was crisp and cold we left fully satisfied and full up. This is now our go-to curry house, and I can't praise it enough...if you're in the area or already a resident....give it a try.

Love the food, menu is very informative of ingredients, heat, allergies and spice I give it a 5/5 just for the menu. The food was awesome and service fantastic. The restaurant is very clean and the interior is lovely, service is very attentive and helpful when ordering. They also have a takeaway service with delivery. I'm definitely going back for more.😀😁🍽

We visited Merchant Spice on 9/11/22, it had been at least 16years since we visited last. What a beautifully decorated restaurant, clean and a fantastic ambience, excellent service. The meal was also 5 stars, tasty, cooked well and presented nicely. Would recommend if you are reading this, to go and try it out. We took advantage of the Wednesday night offer, will defiantly be back. Thank you

This is the third time my wife, Military comrades and I have eaten at Merchant Spice. The staff there are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. The food has always exceeded our expectations. By far the tastiest and best Indian restaurant we’ve been to.

Always my first choice of Indian restaurant, wish I'd discovered it sooner. I especially love the great value for the buffet on Sundays - a great chance to sample some new dishes. Service is always impressive and food is amazing. Merchant Spice has never disappointed me so far.
