I ordered garlic naan and veg jalfarezi. Jalfarezi and naan both were freshly prepared and thus were very hot, just to my liking. Naan was on the thicker side but I really liked the jalfarezi. It was very spicy as I was told but I liked it. Papad was ok, mango chutney was good. Somehow coke seemed to be out of fizz even after getting it changed. All in all, you can surely visit and I would recommend to share your requirements in advance to know what you should order.

The place is quite inside than any usual restaurant. We went for a late in the evening for a dinner(appointment preferably). You are fine without appointment on less busier nights.
The ambiance was kind of different than usual as you can see in the pics.

Went again and I liked it. Much better Indian restaurant compared to any other restaurants in Bradley Stoke/patchway area
I had the lamb tikka biryani (which came with a potato curry) and lamb tikka as starter. I loved the ambience, the food was good too (8/10).

So it was mid week meal celebrating my wife's birthday, so was always going to be very quiet. Food and service were excellent. Starters, mains and drinks for 4 just over £100 so pretty good vslue
lovely atmosphere, great tasty food. but be warned portions are massive. we should if ordered 1 and shared . but they did provide container to bring excess home which teenagers polished off next day. the drinks were pricey tho as always. Nice converted barn. pleasantly decorated .right next to motorway so easy to get to even though tucked away. but didn't hear motorway at all.
Hadn't been here for a long time but had leaflet drop saying under new management so gave it a try. Found the staff to be friendly and the food was good. Madras was tasty but a little tame for my liking but not an issue. Parking is good here which is always a bonus. Will definitely be going back again, soon.
Booking on-line never seems to work for us wherever we go and that was the case here, so a phone reservation is the way to go. Give Saffron a go, I'm sure you'll enjoy your meal.
