The pie I bought was cold. I expected a hot pie.
Nice little Greggs does get busy with queue outside the door on occasion. Food and service is good. Free parking at the back just off Lower lane is good.
Historically we had some issues with this Greggs getting our orders wrong, or it had consistently faulty equipment.
However, over the past year or so the equipment has been more reliable and the staff have proven to be very efficient, they were always friendly and patient but now they combine this with great professionalism and good service. Consistently getting our orders spot on and being very quick.
There is a free carpark at the back and it's a good size and brand new.
It's always good here. I don't go in store often but order through just eat and I won't normally order from greggs on there because their packaging was not made for travel in mind, especially the hot drinks but they pack it really well in this greggs. The drivers probably couldn't mess up the order if they tried.
Greggs is fine and what you expect, busy but not too busy. The car park could do with a tidy and a clean round the back.

I rarely went to Greggs before moving to Bradford for work . Location close to work inspired me to use Greggs for my regular coffee .
As a regular customer i have found that all the staff are a fantastic bunch , they would go an extra mile to satisfy a customer. The service and the smiles in the morning take me a long way through the hectic work day .
I highly recommend to pop in this branch if you are in the neighbourhood and won't be disappointed.
I congratulate the team at Greggs and wish them well for future .
Just one suggestion , your staff deserve to have a small smoke shelter outside the shop 👍and away from the bins (h&s) .
