The food and service was nice. The timing of the service was reasonable considering the fresh food that was served. The decor was brilliant and I loved the sinks that were available outside the toilets as this sort of food needs hands over utensils! Parking wasn't the easiest: there is some on street parking round the side of the restaurant, on side streets, but it is quite difficult to find a space.

After my initial experience with this restaurant, and me writing and honest review about how it was.. the owner reached out to me to make the experience better and show us what true kunafa tea experience was about. Now for me this step itself shows the motivation for this establishment to constantly improve and satisfy it's customers. Exceptional customer service, fantastic atmosphere.. Superb food and a brilliant variety on the menu to choose from. Highly recommend the fried kibbeh starter and also the cold starter - Muhammara. We then had our main dishes which was the lamb shank and also grilled kebabs. The rice was a bit undercooked which I did mention to the staff. For drinks we had their famous lemon mint drink which was delicious!! Finished our beautiful evening with some morrocon mint tea which was the perfect end to the meal. Thank you hisham for looking after us and reaching out 👍

A very worth while trip into Bradford for Syrian food. All the food was great, tasted freshly prepared and the juices were way beyond expectations. The kunafa was amazing, we had it with mint tea. I look forward to visiting again.

We had a delightful lunch, everything felt light, fresh & well portioned. The decor is a good mix of new and rustic, with thoughtful touches like the water jugs. More than anything, the service was exemplary, Olivia was the perfect blend of attentive and discreet, giving you enough space to enjoy a private meal whilst making sure everything was taken care of. We also appreciated her suggestions for portions when it came to the kunafa.

My friend & i had a really nice evening here catch up over a fine feast. Cosy & quaint little place the food was tasty, relaxed atmosphere & staff were nice and friendly. Tea & Baklava were divine. Prices were reasonable! Cash only here too, but there is a cash machine in-store for convenience.

So glad to find this place in the UK. The best restaurant to dine out. Though expensive but the good arabian food doesn't make you regret spending.

Young lady there is an asset to the restaurant. Great customer service, aware of the surroundings, always on a lookout. One of the items we ordered got really late, she apologised and decided not to charge us for it. Decent food, good atmosphere. Good customer service. Tea was fragrant liked it. Not sure about Kunafa, have had better ones. Lamb shank was nice.

Only came here by chance as Babtooma was fully booked. I'm so glad as we have found our favourite place! I absolutely loved the food here. The shawarma had so much flavour. The cold mezze was to die for; the pittas were so hot and fresh they were still full of steam! The service was fantastic. Thank you. We will be back!

Good, tasty authentic Middle-Eastern food, cooked by a Syrian family. However, space is tight - we were all sitting cheek-by-jowl with other customers literally 3 feet from us, one of who was coughing away. Price high, quite out-of-proportion with the food served. No parking, just on-street on a very busy road next to a traffic signal.

What an experience. Kunafa is hands down, one of the most memorable dining experiences I've ever had. This place cooks incredible, authentic Syrian food and it's run by staff who love what they do and are passionate about good food. The menu is short, simple and clear. The food here is absolutely delicious, made with quality, fresh ingredients, true to the region. The prices are very reasonable and the service is both warm and welcoming. Kunafa is one of the best places Bradford has to offer. If you're really a foodie, you should pay Kunafa a visit, they deserve all the success they can get. Will be paying many visits in the future.
