Staff always super friendly and hard working. They get super busy sometimes when drive through and shop busy together (plus online food orders). But they always work hard to get straight again after. Amazing considering they are all probably on pretty low wages working long shifts.
I've seen them go above and beyond to look after the elderly or vulnerable adults / children too which is rare to see in many local cafes. I'll be back next week for sure :).
Always have a great time when I visit. Staff are very friendly and always greet with a smile. We don’t have to wait long for breakfast and is usually brought out to us. The manager always asks us if we are ok and how are we. Would definitely come back time and time again just for the friendly atmosphere.

Today we took the Toddler children from Kids Planet Clayton on a little visit to Starbucks as an end of term treat. the children where really excited when they got there for their babychino’s and the lovely manager, greeted the children with a free biscuit each and even gave us the hot drinks for free. She was absolutely amazing with the children and should be praised for her lovely & welcoming customer service.
First time I went and the staff where soo friendly .

Visited a few times now, been very pleased every time. Really nice staff with lots of patience for their customers. Accepting of Emotional Support Animals, pupachinos provided on request! Looks like staff get on well with each other and they share their friendly banter with customers which is one of those small things that does wonders for the atmosphere. It's lovely to be in a place where the staff are clearly happy to be at work. Food and coffee is standard Starbucks, bit expensive but very good quality. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable with suggestions for when I'm indecisive. Very prompt at clearing and cleaning up after people. Lots of space between tables, would be quite easy to maneuver wheelchairs/prams/10tonnes worth of shopping bags 😅
we’ve come here several times and have loved the food/drinks a majority of the time.
unfortunately though, more often than not there are mix-ups with other orders but only really when it’s busy and they make sure to sort it out in the end.
Frappuccino was very good and muffin with hot chocolate was a little treat as well
Tried the pumpkin spiced latte and various other drinks very good service from the staff super friendly!
I enjoyed the atmosphere I like the place it's big and airy I don't like it only takes card for payment and not cash

Shame that parking is limited to 2 hours only
They have a hot matcha option here and better options that other places don't have. I usually order in app then pick up at the drive thru. Tasty and varied food options too.
