It was brilliant, staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Lovely Geordie chef behind the meat but reminded me of home and was amazing with my kids, the other chef also helped my little girl without being asked.

We had no issues whatsoever whilst we were there, all staff were so polite. Special mention to the chef serving the carvery, he was extremely polite, smile on his face, making conversation with every customer, asking how our day was going etc. What a lovely young man! He deserves a special mention,
It's a really good place for a roast. Steve, I think, is a great asset to this branch; very friendly and welcoming.
My only complaint is that if you order something off of the menu, such as a dessert, it takes a really long time to come and that's even if the carvery is empty!

Mia the bartender was amazing, working solo on the bar at such a busy time, she remained pleasant and friendly delivering excellent customer service and although busy she remained calm at all times. The food was bang on. Nothing was too much for the chefs and the serving staff who made my girls extra happy. Extra syrup for pancakes from chef jodie and interaction with the kids from manager Andy and server Scott :)
Good food. Staff were very friendly. We came near closing time and I did not expect they would bring out a new beef when I wanted some in the carvery. Very happy and will definitely come back when in the area again.
Stevo was our carver and he was lovely. He was funny and nice and had some banter with us which was great.

STEVE WAS AMAZING, incredibly attentive and such a lovely man. He goes above and beyond for the customers and he needs a pay rise. Food was great also!
To improve on would be that there was no staff on the floor when we got there, then one of the ladies came out eating food.

We went at 2.30pm and had two courses for £9.99!!! Absolute bargain!!! The carvery was tasty and the meat wasn't dried out which was great, there was a great veg selection and the gravy was nice too. Called in today with the family for lunch. We were welcomed by the manager Andy with a very warm welcome. Our visit today my grandson was feeling sick our waiter Scott was so helpful and kind. He is a credit to your company, nice and friendly. The food was really good and all fresh. I will definitely be visiting again, and will be recommending to family and friends. Big thank you to Scott once again
I had one of the best times here with my friends. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. They checked up on us with our food. It was such a great atmosphere. The food was delicious 😋. This place is open to everyone and are kid friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
