I've grown up with this take away, been getting food from here since I was a little girl and its always been excellent. Now when I get a chinese from somewhere else it just feels weird :)
Chinese take away would not be the same if not from Golden Star, my parents introduced me and all my family to it and as been a family favourite for many many years. The high standard through out this time as never slipped, I would give a six star rating if possible..x
The food is always great - been going for years. Moved out of bradford recently & although take out's still nice, just not the same will always look forward to having one of your meals

We often visit Bradford as my boyfriend is originally from there. Every time we visit, we get food from here to take home with us as it's the best Chinese takeaway ever.
If you like barbecue spare ribs then this is the place for you. BEST SPARE RIBS EVER!
I love spare ribs and have tried them from many take aways and restaurants, including Chinatown in London. The spare ribs from New Golden Star, Bradford are simply the best. £7.60 for 7 or 8 delicious large ribs is a treat not to be missed.

the food was excellent and the curry sauce was just perfect the food was perfect temperature when it was served and the water was perfectly cold. over all delicious although i have never had it before
Great Chinese Take Away, best one I have tried (I have been to over a dozen) Would recommend!! And get some Barbeque Ribs too as they are so Tasty :)

We've traveled 2.30hours from home and found this lovely takeaway omg not enough the foods is so delicious and the staff (boss) very good man helpfully happy and very welcoming thank you we will definitely come back our next trip

Staff are great, very friendly and welcoming.
Food is to die for and the boxed meal selection is huge and cater for single person boxes to full family boxes.
