Great place to come with family and friends.
Got starters mains and dessert, all were served in good time.
Started off with the chicken Nambali which was served a little colder than usual but was okay ish 5/10
Mains was Keema and Peas Korai with a side of mushroom rice which was very tasty 8/10
Dessert was a Mega chocolate fudge cake which was very chocolatey, as a sweet tooth is was incredible 8/10
Would reccomend coming here with friend and family and would come again. Greta for large parties too
Just standing outside of the place you can tell that it’s a fantastic restaurant, straight away as soon I’ve entered the restaurant the staff members has greeted me with warm smiles and a nice welcome, they told me to take a seat and they will find me a table.
Once I managed to get to my table and ordered my food the waiter made sure that we were comfortable before he taken our order, after taking the order he red the order to us to make sure that he got everything written down which was good so that it makes me feel ensure that my order was fully taken correctly.
After sometime waiting for my food I could just smell the nice fragrant lamb chops being placed on my table, as soon I’ve bitten into it I just feel I love with the food, honestly this is my new #1 lamb chops and their burgers was delicious as well.
Overall it is a great place, you feel relaxed and welcome and it has a nice atmosphere, will definitely come back here!
Very good food, soo busy, they have a restaurant literally 2 min walking distance, which are probably a few different Items, and they sell alcohol, so the cafe works better and the service is just amazing
We went twice in one week and we ordered same dishes and both time we had delicious food and we can’t stop ordering green Thai lamb curry and chicken tikka nimbali. Must try it’s absolutely delicious 😋
Food is a complex and multi-faceted subject that encompasses a variety of sensory experiences, cultural traditions, and emotional associations. In sum, food is a fascinating and endlessly rewarding subject that has the power to enrich our lives in countless ways. Whether we are chefs, food critics, or simply passionate eaters, we can all appreciate the beauty and complexity of this remarkable subject.
Came in, we where seated promptly by the waited, did take the order quite fast.
Food took around 15 minutes to arrive.
Was all hot and fresh but chips where a tad cold.
Good customer service skills and dessert was also prepared promptly. They used movenpick ice cream which was quite premium.
They are not over proced at all. Fair prices for good service and quality food.
A must go, delicious food, amazing customer service and place is clean and tidy. The food is an authentic flavor of pakistan..we ordered nefarious, Hakeem, kabobs and brain masala. For dessert milk cake is a must
The staff was super friendly and welcoming..keep up the good work!!
Great food, reasonably priced. Don't like the decor and tables/chairs look a little tatty. But luckily the food makes up for it. Especially the chicken liver tikka and lamb chops starters. Their deserts were really nice and I recommend them highly.
Food was lovely as usual. The service was even better. Hamid, our waiter was magnificent! He was very polite, and extremely attentive to our needs. Will definitely be going back!
Came today after a long while, the service was incredible. Mir (the waiter) gave exceptional service not just to our table but everyone around us. Thank you!
A great busy atmosphere. Waiter was honestly on top of his game ensuring if everything is okay, and regular updates on how long food etc will be and made conversation in general. Ever so cheerful and polite. Love staff that interact. Table and cutleries were nice and clean. The starters were great. Everyone enjoyed their individual starters. The mains were fabulous as we had a few selections on curries, naan and biryani. I opted for lasagne and chips - the chips were a little let down but the lasagne was great. Had a great time at Akbars. Thank you for a lovely service.
I had been wanting to try his place for a few months and finally went to it and was definitely not disappointed by the experience. I ordered the cheesy sheekh kebabs for a starter which were great and for the main I ordered the Singapore chicken curry and noodles which had to be one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The service was fantastic and the food was very quickly served and I will definitely come back to the restaurant.
Good food, amazing service. Great staff.very busy place. Not disappointed at all.
Great service. Great good. It was busy this evening and waiting time was only ten minutes! 👍 Akbars never fails with anything, it's literally PERFECT! The workers are friendly, polite and approachable. It's a calm environment. My favourite restaurant ☺ Tonight a chef carried five plates in one arm, and then after a while he was carrying nine plates!! Hats off to him 💪 Overall, lovely place and free car park next to the cafe. Never fails to impress me 😌
Best place to eat in Bradford, excellent service by Raja and staff, fresh and delicious food. Highly Recommended🥰🥰
Food was nice as usual but the service was poor.
We ordered starters and mains but we received the mains (chicken tikka masala and gosht) before the starters🤦🏽♂️.
We had to ask them about our starters. Starters came 5 minutes after the mains minus 2 naans🙄.
After we started to eat the mains, we asked about our masala fish. The waiter came back and said they'd just run out of fish.
One of our group had no starters. It would have been nice of them to have told us before hand so we could have ordered another starter.
We sat upstairs in the "family area" where the waiters all looked like students.
The food at the Cafe is of a consistent standard, and it's excellent value. You can't eat out anywhere else based on this quality at these prices. It's a cornerstone of Bradford and is always really busy. The only thing which let's it down is the lack of cleanliness, especially in the washrooms. But food wise, it's excellent.
