Amazing homemade traditional polish food from a friendly polish family run cosy café , huge portions for the price ( I had to take it home) . I tried the pigeon a.k.a Gołąbki ( gowomkee) cabbage rolls with meat filling and mash. The free homemade drink that comes with it is so light and fresh. The

Abandon cheap takeaways and patronise this place! Literally the best restaurant I have been to in the UK so far. Every dish was fresh, made with care and well-balanced in flavour. Huge portions (come with an empty stomach). Very cheap -- considering portion size and quality. Owners are very friendly

Fantastic food. Great service. Owner came over and helped translate the Polish menu (which has new dishes each day). Extremely good value for money; we had starter, main, side and drink for less than £10. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Very welcoming, friendly and obliging to two late-comers. Cheap, but great-tasting, value-for-money, home-cooked / home-prepared food. Small, family-run restaurant. You don’t need to be Polish to appreciate the quality.
Well I have done a fair bit of traveling, and done loads in Poland.
But in my hometown I have found my best, favourite restaurant in the world.
It's not posh, fussy or fancy but hells bells it's like being invited into a 3* Michelin chefs home.
