Me and my girlfriend really enjoy frankies an since its next to a bowling alley and a cinema its a great night out. Foods good and fast and the drinks are very good she really enjoyed the cocktails there
Called in for breakfast while my car charging up in the car park, it was quiet but that's expected early on Saturday morning. The service was friendly and attentive, there were certain items in the breakfast I didn't want and they substituted them for me. Really lovely and freshly cooked food, would recommend.
Vegetarian options are good, also if you lactose intolerant they make sure u safe!

Just been in for meal this afternoon, the food was lovely and Maria was hands down the best waitress we've had in years, she was really friendly and chatty. And spent ages trying to find out if the soured cream was pasteurized for me when I asked. We will definitely be going back again 😊
Haven’t been to Frankie & Benny’s in years, and tonight I was seriously impressed! The menu and food quality has improved massively. Just what I needed after a long shift of waitressing myself.
My boyfriend and I were served by a waitress named Charley, who was very friendly and served us quickly yet attentively.

The food is lovely and I could not fault it. The service however was not great. We were able to place our order pretty quick but when we were finished we were left waiting a long time. We did want to order a pudding but we got sick of waiting for them to come to us. In the end we downloaded the app and paid for our meal on their and left. Just as we were leaving they came to our table but that was almost 20 mins after we finished eating. If they had been busy I would have understood but the restaurant was very quite and they were stood around chatting. I found it really ignorant.
Fantastic! I went with a party of 11 Mark who served us was fantastic helpful and very friendly! The food was amazing and we were not waiting long. The restaurant and toilets were clean and a friendly atmosphere . I would happily choose this restaurant over any other F&B's even if it is a travel.
Came here with my husband and 1 year old boy. The food was excellent and our server Lewis was more than accommodating for all three of us. Exceptional customer service and will certainly be returning.
Often go here when going to the cinema with my friends, always have the luck of being served by Maria who is great especially if you want top quality service with a smile and a friendly face. She is always professional and makes the visit worth while every time. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely amazing. Staff are awesome. Food was phenomenal served by a young bloke in a waistcoat and another lady some of the best service I've ever received. First time visiting definitely going to be going again. The milkshakes and cheesecake 😍 can't wait until tomorrow when I'm hungry again 😂
