I've had mixed experiences in the past but those have always been sorted during the visit.
Tonight was a wonderful experience with probably the best burger I've had in a long while. The Ultimate Spicy Beef Burger really lives up to its name.
Friendly staff and the beer tasted fresh.
Visited for a family birthday. Good service and food. Portion sizes were good, and they were happy to cater to customisations.
It was a race night and was so much fun, made better by the great atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. The food was very well cooked and we all enjoyed what we had ordered. I had the carvery and it was lovely.

The food was delicious and hot and the chef Scott was so pleasant and informative. We will be calling again soon as the grandchildren said it’s the best food they have eaten.
Came in this afternoon for the first time after recently moving into the area and everything was amazing. The entire place had a really nice atmosphere and the food was incredible. Came in for a quick pint after I finished work early and was greeted by Kelly she was so helpful and polite. A nice relaxed atmosphere family pub. I really enjoyed it thank you, see you soon

Been here a couple of times , the staff very friendly and helpful always get a table straight away . Had the cavery both times food is lovely .
We visit this pub regularly. Food is always nice, good selection of drinks. Great service from all of the bar staff. Love the selection of board games and the pool table is a great addition. Bonus that the pub is dog friendly too!
We attended the race night on Sat 4th May and had a fantastic night. Everything was perfect, lots of fun and we will definitely attend the next one.
Had the carvery, was very good to be fair. Gammon was a bit fatty, which was a shame, but the rest of the food was bang on.
And the staff were absolutely amazing, very courteous & friendly, which is a HUGE part of the dining experience.

Very friendly staff! Lovely welcome as we entered. Made conversation with my little girl. Very quick service. Food was nice and hot and well cooked. Restaurant was clean and so we're the toilets.
We went on bank holiday Monday 1st April to do the Easter crafts, it’s was very well organised, lots of craft goodies out for the children including hats, Ribbon and little chicks, plus many more items, our children really enjoyed it.. the team was on hand to lend a hand and nothing was to much for
