Sitting area was very comfortable and spacious.
staff was very friendly and welcoming .
Food was good and prices were reasonable as well..
They have some very unique flavours for milkshakes and smoothies.

We order Mojitos and they were really nice.
When it came to the desserts, we felt the waffles were a little undercooked because we could feel it sticking to our teeth/mouth. So they could be better.

The Nutella Strawberry Cookie Dough was spot on no complaints. However the sprinkles on the Bubble Dough did ruin the overall eating experience. Unless they substitute the sprinkles I can't recommend that cookie dough in particular. Their gelatos are a must try. Nice ambience and good customer servi

Good service , new branch is well build. Quick service , presentable food . All pics in the menu were great except the falooda which to say least was very bland ! Donuts best ones in town .

Been here a few times over the years and the waffle and white chocolate ice cream is delicious and my favorite. The service can be a little unprofessional but overall it's a nice dessert place.
This is a very nice dessert place, not cheap but you won't be buying too much as it's filling and rather sweet. The only down side it can get loud and sometimes it's difficult to hear or understand the person serving you otherwise staff are also lovely.
I went with my mate who lives in sunderland and i didnt hesitate to bring him here, he had his milkshake and didn't stop raving about it thank you to the lovely lady who made the milkshake for my mate.
