I visited Bradford for the first time and desperate for a pint of Yorkshire Bitter i popped into the old bank. I accompanied it with a cheese sandwich and everything was superb. The staff were so friendly and cheerful and it had a relaxed ambience, obviously frequented by locals which really added to the atmosphere. A beautiful, traditional English pub, highly recommended.
Wonderful atmosphere, great food and lovely staff!
Good food, beer & service! Big gammon 😁
Good pub with a great atmosphere situated in the city centre of Bradford.the food is ok too and the staff was very friendly. If your doing a bit of shopping and feel thirsty call in.
Really enjoyed this place and the food is tasty too
I am a regular visitor to Bradford as my partner lives there. She has taken me to most pubs and restaurants but the Old Bank is by far the best. The building alone is worth a visit with it beautifull ceiling.
The food is exceptional and at a very reasonable price. A great selection of real ales is the icing on the cake for me. It's a must visit if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed. Just a mention for the staff. If the owners are reading this your staff are a real credit to you. Well done all round. 5 stars well deserved
Popped in for a few drinks and some food. The wife had chicken and bacon ceaser salad whilst I had smothered chicken. Very nice and large portions. Good hand pulled beer. The staff were excellent as usual.
Great décor and friendly staff. Tried their specialty burger which was accompanied with a side salad, chips and onion rings. The food was amazing and this must be one of the best burgers on town. Prices were reasonable so there is no reason to not give this place a visit. Definitely recommend it!
Amazing food, friendly staff, you have to try the coleslaw regardless of what your eating. The decor is beautiful and they have tastefully maintained the old architecture. Pricing is very reasonable, love going here.
Good food and good atmosphere. It's nice to have a few vegetarian options. My only negative is the chips were a little oily and they were one thing recommend to me.
Very busy pub with several good ales and what looked like very good food at a good price. Handily placed for anything at the bottom of the town centre. Prices are a bit higher than next door (Ginger Goose) but it keeps the riff-raff out. Only bug bear is the upstairs toilets.
'Popped' in for a drink whilst deciding where else to go for a drink in town - we're now on our 3rd 😂
The place is super clean, the staff are VERY good at their jobs and there are just enough 'characters' to keep it interesting without being annoying...
Haven't eaten but the food that has come out looks fab.
Would definitely return here!
Keep up the good work!
Great value food in comfortable surroundings. Visited many times and have always been pleased with the quality of the food. They also have a reasonable selection of real ales
Dinner with her majesty on table 20 is something we look forward to and the food and portions are excellent..... no room left to sample the dessert unfortunately!!!! Very pleasant staff and atmosphere.... highly recommended!!!
