Love this place - Always pop in when I'm back home. Great beer and awesome charcuterie. Usually a good crowd/mix of punters in there as well.
Amazing place. Full disclosure I do run the (most excellent) Music Quiz there every Thursday but even if I didn't then this review would be much the same. Except saying that you really should check out the Music Quiz, it's most excellent.
Great range of curated beers, ace regulars and ever-changing cask, keg, cans and bottles. Something to suit most pockets on and a truly inspiring gin menu. I might have gin on Thursday actually thinking about it...
Everything I've had from the menu has been splendid and very good value too. Vinyl upstairs is pretty awesome and to have an independent record store back in Bradford, taking part in RSD every year and priced to compete with anybody is a priceless bit of Bradford's inevitably slow and careful regeneration.
The only drawback? I don't know if I mentioned but I run the Music Quiz on a Thursday and all too often I have a few drinks, some food and some new vinyl and I end up in negative equity but very much the richer. Please try the veal.
A beer festival between draught ales and bottle and tins in fridge. Lovely place. Drank an imperial stout , and that will bring me back for more.
Love this place, massive selection of ales and gins, nice contemporary feel, great music and a record shop too, food selections look great too.
Great place live music really relaxed chilled out place with a great selection of drinks .. strawberry gin expensive but well worth it ..
Great place, the staff were friendly with some great beers, if your near by you need to try this place.
Love The record cafe. Best pub in Bradford. Fabulous beer and fabulous staff xx
The best pub I know! Only manage a couple of pints after work a couple of times a month but keep going back for the consistently great real ale and service. Can’t wait to sit outside in the Summer.
Specialist beer, knowledgeable staff and great alternative music. Always my first stop on North Parade.
always a great place to go. good beer, beautiful cured meats and smooth cheeses. it reminds me of what Friends of ham was before there became snobby
I can't recommend The Record Cafe enough. Great coffee, great tunes, what more could you ask for.
Happy to have made it here - heard great things and the vinyl, beer and ham were worth the hype!
Up from the Midlands and spent the evening with great beer food and an awesome free quiz!
What can I say? Great service, fantastic beers, cheese and meat. Record selection upstairs is great and we were treated to a lecture on 1970s Chilean football and politics. This place might be my heaven!?
Fantastic selection of beers and a great atmosphere. Perfect for a pre-match pint in friendly surroundings.
Great little bar. Great range of beers, loved Desperately Seeking Dopamine and the 12% smoked chilli stout was interesting. Friendly staff, great decor and the added bonus of a vinyl shop upstairs.
Superb spot. Great beers for the connoisseur… and a few for the non connoisseurs. Nice cheese and meat plates. Always a have a special stout on board which makes it a cut above most
I visited this place prior with my daughter and a friend prior to going to see Doncaster Rovers v Bradford City at Valley Parade, it had been recommended to me by another friend.
It was really good. A great selection of beers that were well kept, really friendly staff, despite being ran off their feet, friendly customers too, it’s great to be made to feel welcome as an away fan!
Top marks to the guy on the door too. Very friendly, funny and helpful. It’s a great pre football pub but I will definitely be coming back when it’s quieter!
Highly recommend if you want a good pint of beer in Bradford.
Visited for the first time to attend a lunchtime lecture on popularity of adult replica football shirts. Really interesting little pub/cafe/record shop! The pub/cafe was down stairs and the record bit was on the first floor. Didn't visit the record shop, so can't comment on that bit. Quite small, so did seem rather crowded and busy, but great atmosphere. Very friendly staff, excellent selection of real ales and the prices seemed quite reasonable. They host a monthly football related lunchtime lecture prior to Bradford City home games, so will definitely be going again. Didn't have anything to eat there, so can't comment on the menu. Apparently they also host regular live music events. Definitely recommend a visit.
Bar + upstairs room + outside seating. 4 h/ pulls good choice of beers + craft. service very good.

A very cool little establishment. A good choice of vinyl on the upstairs mezzanine, and not too expensive. An equally good selection of craft beer downstairs. There's a good wine selection if your not a beer drinker. We also had a plate of meat and cheese. Yum! Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit. A hidden gem :)

Record and beer...enough said...although maybe not.
Amazing bar person, great decor, records for sale, superb beer selection and spirits, couldn't ask for anything more
A break after visited Bradford. Very nice place with a good atmosphere. Tried hazy pale ale and milk stout from handpumps, but you can try also from other cask's beers. To visit in Bradford!
