This is our favourite little place to go when visiting Bradford On Avon, usually for the very yummy tea cakes! But we also tried the lasagna today - best lasagna We’ve ever had. The owner is a delight too!
We stumbled upon this wonderful place. The coffee room itself is unique with a traditionally old English style, it feels like you are sat in a room where shakespeare could be writing his next play. The food was delicious, we had both vegetarian and meat lasagne, the best I've tasted in years. Mr Sal
A wonderfully olde time coffee room with music befitting the period and delicious tea cakes and hot drinks. The owner is an absolute delight also.
I have driven from Bristol to Bradford-on Avon just for a cream tea here. Everything about it is charming, from host to decor.
It's a wonderful place. The two best things about it are the 17th century proprietor and the house tea.
An absolute sanctuary. A spiritual place. A conduit to another time and place.
