Amazing milkshake, a little on the pricey side but a with a discount as a vip member. A delicious treat on a hot summers day
Participated in the Chocolate Love Match Event. Got to try a number of chocolates I wouldn't have normally and discount on purchase.

Hotel Chocolat cold frappe for me pls ! Loved that we could choose the amount of cacao percentage! Tried their drink for the first time! Lovely 🔥
Loads of free samples, great demonstration of their velevtiser and really yummy chocolate!! The staff were really friendly and happy to answer any questions. It's not the biggest shop and it was quite busy around Christmas but it's like all other hotel chocolate shops so you know what to expect.
Excellent products. Love their ice cream. It's not too sweet. Just the right amount of sweetness to allow you to enjoy the flavour of what you are eating.
Nice little store but has a good variety of products and friendly helpful staff. Also offer milkshake type drinks aswell as hot drinks, cakes to take away and lots of different chocolates. Highly recommend this store.
The chocolate is great as always. Really love the variety there is in the chocolate that there is to buy. I have not tried out any of the cosmetics so I can't comment on that. But the amount of high quality chocolate there is really makes this one of those shops that makes you happy going to.

Love it, love it, love it, and free chocolate every time I go. Everyone needs a bit of posh from time to time and this is it! Yes the chocolate is expensive, but if you are into your high cocoa content, then this is the place. If you still think dairy milk is good... Then perhaps not!
The chocolates are good as are the range and presentation but it's expensive for what it offers and felt more like going into a jewellery shop than somewhere to buy a treat, which felt forbidding and offputting. Staff, as one would expect under such circumstances were very good.
The staff at this Hotel Chocolat are so lovely. It's always a pleasure to see the team. The selection here is vast and well presented and the cafe is a fantastic addition. The best coffee in Bracknell by a mile.
It is always a pleasure to go into any Hotel Chocolat store. Always greeted with a smile and usually a free taster! They sell chocolate to serve all tastes as far as I can see. Always available to offee advice too.
