If I could put more than 5 stars, I definitely would ! I was looking for a specific model and size plus length of a pair of womens black trousers which was out of stock everywhere but Bracknell who had just 1 left in stock. When I found the trousers rack in question, the size and length I was looking for weren't there. The staff not only checked again their stock levels for me, which confirmed that in theory they had 1 in stock, but they then checked physically all the black trousers they had (and in M&S, that's a lot of trousers to say the least). As I live in France and so can't just pop in every so often, I really appreciated this effort which actually paid off as the team DID find that 1 pair in the middle of a totally different area. They really went above and beyond my definition of customer service. The end story is that I was so happy that I ended up getting a whole load of other clothes for my daughter who made the most of the situation so left a few hundred pounds lighter than planned but happy. I really wish that I had noted the names of the staff in question as they are those kind of people who are valuable and I hope M&S realise their value

Had the mince pie coconut latte at the cafe and it was delicious! Nice cosy and homely feel. The staff were super friendly and let us stay 40 minutes past closing. I’m used to places kicking me out 10 mins before closing! I should leave London more often

Foodstall had different variety of hot cross buns, i picked up a blackberry one (reduced to half price). The queue was quite moderate as compared to waitrose. The foodstore also stocks a selection of wine and hot pastries

Good place for shopping. Don't be expecting too many food options like a big M&S. This has big clothing range than food. Food hall is good for last minute shopping. It helps u to buy gifts if u want to buy wine with dress. The clothing range and decor is well maintained. Clean place for shopping. Its nice...

Lovely store and am so pleased it's come to Bracknell. I worry for its future though as it's always so quiet in there. The food hall is okay but I was hoping it would be a bit bigger as it doesn't do some of the ranges that other M&S food halls do, even some of the smaller ones I've visited. Hoping it stays the distance as it's a good store. The staff are always lovely too.

Parking is good the layout is good food dept. Is good lots of choice. I feel the ladies wear is old fashioned and not sure who they are aiming their fashions at. All of the clothes are re runs of sixties and seventies Shoes are good value and choice is plentiful . I think M&S should ask their customers what they want not guess because at the moment they have missed the boat.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. You can trust that products will be of good quality and a reasonable price. The food is always great and M&S is often my first choice for a sit down lunch at the Lexicon as the service is fast, food good, cafe clean, and my children enjoy looking out at the views across town.

We were unsure about this new M&S initially, but having been a few times now we like it very much. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cafe has some very tasty food. Only slight downside is if you want to pop in to collect an on-line order delivered to the store you have to pay to park.

It's great, with one of the best food halls I've been to. It's obviously a lot cheaper than Simply Food and the items you get here are high quality (although make sure you read reviews online first before getting them in-store). Staff members are kind and helpful and know the store very well. They'll tell you where to go with great detail in the directions. Upstairs feels a lot crowded with all the decoration stands and the clothing items (although neatly arranged) put all over the place. Especially when there's a lot of people upstairs you feel that there is not a lot of space. Downstairs has the food hall and women's section and it's a lot to pick from while you're there and you really are spoilt for choice on what you want to get. It's the furthest shop in the Lexicon besides H&M but the walk is definitely not that bad.
